2) Genuine rate for the printing
3) On Time delivery
4) Before start printing, they have shared the sample of the printing which makes to correct the spelling which was missed.i would give full rate for the wonderful JOB

I have given my wedding card for printing, next day they have returned my card saying concern person is not available. After giving content also couldn't write proper way and spelling mistakes.
