I recently had my delivery here. All the doctors, nurses, helpers everybody were very very kind enough. They made me feel at home. The ultimate care they have taken, the patience in answering all my doubts, the head herself coming and asking regarding our comfortability everything deserves 5 stars.

Service is offered with utmost care and patience. Kudos to the administration of the hospital. Located at the heart of Udupi makes it easier for patients to commute.

Hospital is very good. I got admitted due to dengue fever and Dr. Suresh Hegde was a god sent blessing. Highly recommend this hospital.

Worst hospital, doesn't know how to treat the patient even it's a small case, they make us to wait hours from the scheduled time for scanning billing and all

Physican and causality service is good. Staff are also good. They wont suggest unnecessary medical tests.

The emergency staff and the duty officer is really cooperative and kind. As a tourist my infant daughter fell sick and they took good care of her.

All the facilities are good, good food, clean and best nersing and Best doctors available here.

Pricewise Very Very Costly KMC is having much much better facility with cheaper price.

Simply they will write one line in bill and add 2000+ nursing fees ok acceptable on top of that injection fees separate not included in nursing if u have nebulization that is separate fees all medical item we have to bring they are just coming room and switching on plug.we don't know then what is nursing fees if we pay each service separately.their bill is not justifiable.if u want to enquire billing staff will say you cant talk to anyone this is our price that is their words.

I went here having good experience of mine in the past. But now there is No proper response even if it’s an emergency, there is a duty doctor and they themself recommend to go to other hospitals but not shows any interest to diagnose the patient atleast, and very harsh with patient. I highly recommend please do not go there if it’s Sunday specially.

I used their services for my child birth. Overall hospital facilities and the nursing services are best for the city standard. Nurses are really approachable and caring. Labour room nurses were knowledgeable and caring too. Customer service staffs are co operative as well. Recommended for gynec services.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. One of the worst hospital experience of our life. My mom went in with a cough and they over dosed her medication causing full kidney shut down and my mom is currently fighting for her life in Manipal hospital. What a worse they are still refusing to release the full medical reports and take acknowledgment for their negligence. WORST STAFF AND CAREFREE ATTITUDE. Money minded and wanted to keep my mom. I swear to God if I lose I my mom as a result of this I will make sure ur facility is held accountable by any means.

One of the renowned hospitals in the Udupi town. Doctors and all the staffs are very friendly and supportive. They have all the basic amenities. The price is reasonable.

Money Minded doctors. After consulting if u ask for prescription they will charge Rs. 100. No patience at all for doctors. Normally the consultancy fee paid will be valid for 7 days. But here everyday they will charge.

Very worst and rude staffs especially canteen and pharmacy staff they don't know how to behave.

There no basic knowledge for duty dr itti. It's shame. Came for gastric problem, after diagnosis, at time of discharge telling dengue asked few questions again telling dengue is optional so funny.

Diagnosis and treatment is optimal in the hospital. Nurses are well spoken and empathize despite the busy schedule. Hospital is clean and tidy. Hot water is available. Charges are apt as well. Thank you

Staff is unqualified. Doctor's are not experienced. No rules are followed by doctor. Doctor's don't do proper treatment as per my experience which i faced.we were about to tell media regarding this.
I suggest don't go for this hospital.

Had to get my wisdom tooth removed, it was already in a bad condition, half of it had chipped off.
The dentist there did a filling without cleaning it instead of removing it.and told me, " come back when there's pain and we'll remove it then".
I didn't understand what it meant.
A month or so later I suffered terrible pain, couldn't sleep due to pain, No painkillers helped also had a swelling of face.
This is when I realised that the decayed caries lead to alveolar abcess and since there was no drainage of pus the pain wouldn't subside with any amount of painkillers.
Then I had to go to another Dentist and drilled a hole through the filling for the pus to drain out.
Worst experience I've had. The pain had made me feel like it was better to die than experience this.

*So basically, the whole plan was to get the pt to come twice.so you can charge twice. *

Once for the filling and again for tooth extraction.
But making a person go through this just to get more money is horrible.

Extremely bad hospital, the doctors admit the patients for simple treatments and charge a lot for doing nothing. They don't have proper billing system. The doctors are inexperienced and can't diagnose the patient well. It's the worst hospital I've ever been to. I would've given it negative rating if it was possible.

ORTHO DOCTOR WAS GOOD, BUT XRAY TECHNICIAN SHE DOESNT HAVE A MANNERS TO TALK WITH PATIENT AND VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR. IF SHE WILL TALK LIKE THIS NOBODY WILL COME.

They hired inexperienced doctors. Negligence case registered against Dr. Chayalatha from this Hospital

This is Shruthi suvarna 23yrs and husband sandeep both husband and wife are working in Landmark company,
She died day before yesterday because of doctors negligence. She was 9 months pregnant and went to Dr. Chaaya from Gandhi hospital in Udupi for checkup.
Dr. Chaaya attended her and initially gave Shruthi a pain killer injection and when Shruthi was in labour baby stuck halfway, So Dr. Chaaya tried operating the baby out and while operating she cut the main blood nerve. Shruthi started bleeding and inexperienced Dr. Chaaya couldn't able to stop bleeding and Shruthi died instantly. This is Dr. Chaaya's 4 the incident and no one taken action against her.

How can Dr whom we trust so much to save our life can be so negligent?
