Very worst shop scamming people by adding multiple tags on clothes
First I purchased a kurta for 1700 then shopkeeper adds another tag of rs 2300

Worst behaviour of staff, when ask discount they will treat u like u r begging for something and they r throwing some money on us, parking charge is 100₹ per hour if you don't buy there, overall it's very cheap mentality of the staff over there, better choose some other shops in the same line, u will get same quality sarees at lesser prices.

Bad experience with staff because of exchange.the behaviour of the owner and the staff is too rude.they force us to buy costly saree but while exchanging their behaviour will be too different.so I suggest everyone to not visit this shopp.it's my personal experience

We have visited first time Gangavathi silk palace yesterday to purchasing a saree. I have visited after purchasing a saree super in preeti silk sarees store so I felt staff have lot of patience and they will show sarees according to customer taste and combinations. Price is little bit costly but quality is superb!

We visited this place for business purpose if we are buying for wholesale with minimum quantity of 200 pcs here Sarees start with 80/- with good quality

First they told exchange allowed and when exchanging they dint.very bad experience.purchased costly items

Owner has to pay attention to the behavior of staff. He has to train them to be customer friendly and treat customers respectfully. Prices are high. Staff has to show sarees till customer satisfies. To keep the brand name, unitedly owner and staff have to strive and lot of introspection and strict implementation is required to change mind set of staff.
