STAY AWAY! Extremely unprofessional behavior from the owner can be expected. They have high levels of ego and consider themselves doing a favor by catering or helping you for your event. Avoid at any costs because if the owner himself is a downright prick of a human imagine how the staff and service will be.

No doubt on the taste of food, we have done multiple events through Gani caterers. It’s not a negative review but I hope it reaches the right people to correct a few small errors.

Mr. Jawad had promised that he himself is free and will take care of event at the time of booking. But nearing to event just 2 days back when we cald him he mentioned that he is travelling out of station for an event hence his younger brother jabeer will take care of the event.
It was disappointing as he has promised and told that he had no event that day hence we had made the booking. If he had got some bookings after ours he should had allocated someone else there or atleast had courtesy to inform us on the same.

Even more disappointing was when we mentioned him that you should take care of our event as you had promised us at the time of booking his reply was shocking “SIR IF YOU WANT YOU CAN TAKE YOUR ADVANCE BACK” who the hell will change his caterers 2 days before an event. It was 3500 ppl event arranging other caterer for huge event in short time was not possible hence we just went ahead trusting Allah. Event went well and all guest were happy too. But his attitude was very disappointing and egoistic.
Allhamdulilah we did 3 such big Events all successful and well carried after that but dint feel like placing order with you for the arrogant response you had for our request.

Again mentioning no doubt on the taste of food and the staff service it’s on par with other good caterers in town.

Has no professionalism. Care free attitude. Zero attention. My suggestion is u should avoid taking any service from here

Horrible experience.

They will definitely use less meat than promised and will try to steal any remaining food once most people have eaten.

A number of items on special nousho table were just not arranged though we paid in full.

Serving staff does not come in presentable clothes and harasses guests esp bride and groom for tips without even letting them eat in peace.

Overall, very disappointing experience. Wish we had gone with someone else.

Bad experience at my sister's wedding.

Always need to keep an eye on them else they will steal meat, dessert and all non veg items and will not even serve properly to the guests table to save so that they can steal at the end of the day.

Worst experience ever, had called him for his reputation of food and service for our building opening ceremony, he picked the call and guided him to one other person who took the order and confirmed it, i was repetitive of the quality of food to be good and they assured me that i didnt have to worry a bit, on the day 5 guys arrived with the name of zain caterers on the uniform and their clothes we stinking in the whole hall like rag pickers or even worst, all of them looked like they just woke up and came most unhygienic, the worst thing was yet to come the food was so third graded that all the guests started complaining and most just after a bite left plates, i called Mr. JAWAD why was the order from a different company when i had given the order to him, he said he was busy so he sub contracted it to his cousin and his attitude was like he didnt care about what happend, being such close relatives function it was disastrous experience with food and attitude, please avoid as much as possible
