Beautifully maintained property. Good for a large group. Clean pool, pet friendly, awesome environment nd cool climate.missing is few activities that could have been added.carroms chess tt or ny board fames

This is my second time, and the property is sexy, to say the least.
We were 10 people both times, but this can accommodate 25 people I guess for the stay. The pool, rain dance, and the property itself is beautiful.
They have a kitchen with utensils that can cater to 100 people maybe. You would either need to take your own food, or get a cook and have it cooked there itself.
Pros: close to the main road. Taj palace and NASA restaurants are close by, and the food is great from these places. Davangere benne dosey in NASA is a must try.

Peaceful and secluded place to chill with your friends.
Includes private swimming pool along with comfortable and spacious rooms
Caretakers are kind, polite and friendly and they even guided us to a short Trek nearby.

Excellent place for a gathering of small groups upto 15-20 people. They don't serve food, snacks, coffee and tea. Unless you carry all the ingredients and then ask them to make. One can also cook there is a kitchen.

Stayed in the property for a night with my friends. The property is amazing with beautiful nature around and the vibes are good. It’s spacious and serene.
The staff is very kind and nice and was available throughout for us.
We had an amazing night and would recommend to visit it.

It's location is very good I mean surrounding is serene specially in the morning you will feel it.
You can also hear peacock honks in the morning from surrounding ofcourse, I haven't seen any at the place.
Bathrooms were clean to my experience, but there was no water in the morning which was by mistake I guess in the morning itself they reinstated it.
We had our own cook so can't say anything about the meals they provide or else they provide or not at first place, they do have a kitchen though.

Had an amazing time here in Gani Farms. We, a group of 10, stayed in one of the cottages which can very well accomodate 10-12 persons. The rooms and surroundings were well maintained. Caretakers were friendly. Also do have access to a good restaurant.
Plus points: Swimming pool, Music system.
Overall a good experience.

A nice place for a get together. It has adequate space to accommodate around 30 people, so a good option for a small family function or friends get together.
It has swimming pool, music system, option for rain dance. You can get a cook along to cook, there is kithen space for cooking.
I liked the landscaping, greenery all around and less than a km away from the main road.
Adarsh ensured that our stay was good.

It is an awesome place to visit n spend quality tym wth family n friends.very well maintained, hygeinic. Away frm the city yet near to Blore. A perfect place to be fun n entertainment wth ur loved ones

Any body visiting the palce do carry some food items to eat, because you might have to travel a bit to buy food.

Perfect example of an excellent resort. Nature and environment based resort is best place for staying. Park and pool is excellent.

Amazing place to have a party with friends. Away from hustle and bustle of the city, peaceful weather. More than a kilometer away from human civilization, one can party whole night with loud music. Plenty of space for 30 people you can adjust more than that as well: D. Enough sleeping space for 20 -25 people you can easily adjust more than that. Pool is crystal clean. Friendly staff, lush green campus, clean environment and has a fruit and vegetable garden which people are free to enjoy and not waste: D.
