Aman, the resident manager in Garret is very friendly and welcoming. His exceptional professionalism, prompt responsiveness and unwavering dedication to ensuring comfort and satisfaction have made my stay in Housr an absolute delight.

Also Drona’s unwavering dedication to promptly address any issues is truly commendable. His willingness to go extra mile to resolve customer problem is amazing. Kudos to team!

Stayed there for quite a long time (not continuously)

1. All the utensils, electronics in the room are old and worn out. So once you start using them they will stop working or break. And Housr people will start charging from you

2. No place to hang clothes, they have a laundry service but the laundry will rarely return your clothes on time

3. They dont have a back up for anything, so in case your indiction stops working (its old worn out induction so it will stop working some day) - you will have to buy outside food and then pay for its repairing.

4. If you leave the room for long (1 /2 weeks), you will find kitchen stuffs missing or broken (not yours, i guess they will take kitchen items and give it to another room). Now again - if you ask them they will repair but you have to pay! !

5. Good for temp stay, 1 / 2 month.not for long.they will rob you!
The private rooms doesnt have balcony and feels like a prison.

6. While releasing the room - they will charge for almost everytjing, along with maintenance charges - so god knows what they maintain with those charges as they will anyways make excuses tocharge for every individual things in case of scratches which were already there.
Better take photos of everything and send to them while getting inside your room.

7. The manager and his manager and onwards - all ar extremely unprofessional and in case of any issue they will just revert your calls and do nothing

Basically stay there initially and find room elsewhere at a much much cheaper rate, trust me its available! Donot stay at this place for long else they will start charging you for evry damn things - and if you put up a review while staying there, they will ask you to release your room or remove the review

They know the most disgusting way to loot money. I hope the food tgey eat sticks to their body

Having such a bad experience from sales to services that will never recommend this place to anyone. Commitment means services you will never get what mentioned at the time of sales or they will ammend the same as per their ease or convenience. I don't even now know whether I will get my security deposit back or not at the time of exit. So be aware and you can be misguided.

I have been staying here for almost 3 years and it's been great. Especially since the new property manager has taken over - Anmol. His most recent work has been redoing the terrace and it looks absolutely fabulous. Totally an attraction for which I am going to go to the terrace more often now. Thank you Housr and Anmol for your continuous efforts of making things better for the residents. I would like to specially thank Anmol for being a wonderful property manager who is making things better consistently. Appreciate it!

There has been many changes recently and they have been forcing residents to adjust without intimation or consent. Not recommended, as they do not respond to community queries or suggestions either.

They're looting your money with name of security deposit. Manager won't respond to your calls/messages once you left stayabode.area is also uncomfortable

If you wish to stay, then don't expect your deposit back

1. Area is just ok type.
2. They'll provide utensils, all are used ones only.but they'll charge full amount for slight damage/scratch.
3. They'll charge high cost for paint, maintenance, pest control.they have many names like these
4. Only thing is cleanliness.room service is there which is quite good
5. Do not expect full amount of security deposit. They'll take half of it and give you remaining amount

Pros - Really liked the place! The caretakers are really nice and polite - Shahidul, Abul and Jiabul.

Cons -

The StayAbode management deducts money from the security in the name of maintenance services and painting.

The rent is wayy high for the Nagawara locality.

All in all, it's a nice place to stay if you don't mind the rent. Would've given 4 stars if it weren't for the high rent!

The stay and all was pretty good.but they didn't give my deserved deposit amount back. Their reason was that i was needed to give vacating notice before 30days and i had given before 27 days.but the amount that they gave after cutting 1month rent for the above reason, was after 3 months of vacating.for them it was okay to breach the contract but the customer can't breach

Would suggest to avoid stayabode as they will not return your deposits. We got the flat without painting and while leaving they will say we may apply painting charges. Pathetic team and they are looting our hard earned money.

Started my stay here from last month and trust me it's a great stay. I'm in a shared 2bhk flat and it's fully furnished with refrigerator and tv and in kitchen all cutlery microwave and induction cooker is available.

Good expierence staying in the property, it was like a home for us during covid, BUT when it comes to exit and formalities its worst.would suggest dont stay here

I went to visit the property for shifting purpose. It is as maintained as the other Stayabode property.
It has ample amount of space and facilities.

Well furnished building and good housekeeping services. Community Manager is doing a great work.
