Gastroenterology at Koshys Hospital

Hello Good Evening.here I would like to share my nice experience which I got yesterday from koshys hospital.one of my neighbour baby name Ankita was admitted in ICU had complain of seizure and fever under DR SANTHOSH KOSHY.her condition was not good.we took baby to hospital as soon as possible admitted in ICU and there Doctor, Nurse and other staff was treated her very well and afterwards wee shifted baby to ward there also she was taken care well by all the staff.thank to all.

I’ve opted for physiotherapy because of my lower back pain.
It was a painful muscle spasm which is really getting better with these sessions.
I’m seeing a drastic improvement in pain.
All in all I’m really happy with these developments.

Dr. Maruthesh Gowda is a great surgeon, i had a laproscopic appendectomy surgery done by him recently, i really liked how he approached the issue, simply astounding. Recommended for any issue related to gastroenterology.
The staff here is very helping and supportive, especially the nursing staff.

The treatment by the staff was excellent. Everyone knew their duty and fulfilled it to the fullest. Very friendly and caring staff. Also the place was maintained well in terms of cleanliness.

Its a long pending review to thank and appreciate Dr Maruthesh Gowda. My father had abdomen pain and uneasiness with his bowel movements. After doing my own research I decided to go with Dr Maruthesh Gowda and on our consulting he was very patient listening to us and then shared his insights and said we cannot rule out few things considering my dad's age, and so he should undergo colonoscopy followed with CT scan and at the end we found there is a tumor in his large intestine which needed surgery. The findings came real shocking and hard on us as we're least expecting a tumor, thought it would be some acid reflux or hernia but it wasn't.
Dr Maruthesh Gowda explained me and mom very clearly on what procedure he's gonna perform on dad that clear explanation itself gave moral support to my family. As per planned day the surgery was done and it all went well even during the surgery once the procedure was over he came out just to update me as I was waiting outside the OT, that the surgery was successful and I need not worry anymore.
On 3rd or 4th day post surgery Doc said that my dad is recovering faster than others. My dad is better now and we're glad we found and choose Dr Maruthesh over others.
Even today he's reachable at WhatsApp and responds to any of your query. He's very humble person and a fantastic surgeon.

My wife was suffering from acidity and we were self medicating. We went as emergency and were referred Dr Maruthesh Gowda at koshys. He explained pain is not from acidity and likely from gallstones. After ultrasound and blood tests we came to know she had gallstones and infection. Dr said we need to do Laparoscopic. After laparoscopic procedures my wife is normal & We were back home after just 1 days. I high recommend Dr Maruthesh for any gallbladder related issues.

We were really scared. He calmed us down with explanation and we had ERCP to treat jaundice which and Laparoscopic cholecystectomy next day. We were back home after just 2 days. My husband was suffering from gall bladder stones. Dr. Maruthesh explained the complication patiently and immediate surgery was planned. Staffs were extremely cooperative and helped us in all the way. Special thanks to nurses. Room and toilet was cleaned on daily basis and well maintained. We extremely recommend Dr. Maruthesh

Well organised Gastroenterology unit in Ramamurthy Nagar/TC Palya/ Horamavu headed by Dr Maruthesh Gowda who is an expert surgical gastroenterologist. It adds value to our neighbourhood.

I went to Dr Maruthesh as my father had blood vomiting. Suddenly the blood pressure got low. From the initial endoscopy to complete surgery doctor kept me informed of everything and took care of all the things. He gave good suggestions after surgery. I would recommend Dr Maruthesh. Suffered from acidity for years and my life was miserable. After endoscopy Dr Maruthesh explained what is the problem. I had part of my stomch in the chest (Hiatus hernia). Initial medicines and life style changes helped but did not completely relieve me of symptoms. After reading his blog and feed back from other patients I had key hole surgery which again was again done after explainig pro’s & con’s and now I am completely off medicines and can eat everything

Worst hospital in the world. They don't have a single doctor. Instead they gave sthethoscopes to lift boy, receptionist and nurse and trying to fool the whole world
