Very pathetic association, they do lots of discrimination between tenets and owners. They are asking us to pay Rs. 6000 for shifting charges towards lift electricity bill and for owners it is Rs. 500 only. When questioned they just disconnect calls...

Living here for last 2 years but the project yet to be completed. Builder is troubling the residents by witholding the maintenance facilities.

Visited a friend who lives here.the club house with the terrace pool looked very nice. Flats seemed fine as well.

Society is very good. I stayed here for nearly one year. We stayed in a rented 1rk for a villa. The only thing i learnt over my stay is NEVER EVER STAY WITH OWNERS. Owner used to charge separately for water but be aware that there is no water charge...

Highly secure community, I've never been to any other gated communities so I can't compare this. My only wish is that they modify the club house (renovate), and have some activity areas.
