I am diagnosed with GERD. I visited 3-4 times, but not cured yet. Dr. Narayansamy is only concerned about his fee and never wants to go to the root of the issue. Not satisfied at all. He may be good for viral infections problems but not the ENT specialist.
Avoid this if you have serious throat issues.
Go for it if you have cold, running nose or viral infections.

Very nice treatment me and my son getting treatment on allergy issue from Dr. Narayana Swamy. But now days charges are quiet high around Rs. 400-500 which was earlier Rs. 300 plus medical shop.u have to carry Rs 1000 or more in cash. Normal people cant afford this please think on it.

Hospital with worst management, which is visible in the reply to some of the -ve reviews.
Doctors can be good but the front office is the worst.
Receptionist cancelled my evening appointment for an emergency even though the doctor was available.
Advice to management: Please show the same interest for respecting the patients time as you have for responding to the reviews above

My 4 years daughter put sticker inside the ear I got fear like anything dr.narayanaswamy removed it very easily thank you sir. Nobody is related to my issue so I am posting it.no hurry just go to doctor he will treat well.

This is pathetic experience were doctor M. Narayana Swamy is money minded person and says if you have consulted morning and you have some queries you will be charged for the consultation fee again on the same day. I don't recommend this clinic it is not a nursing home by the way.

Receptionist did not treat you well.they allow their known persons first to visit doctors and put your receipt next to their knows even if they don't have appointments.i had been waiting for 2 hours they said after 2 person your number comes.they sent 5 person before me (even they come after me) and only 2 out of 5 have appointments.

1. Waiting time is atleast 2 hours
2. Doctors don't arrive on time, hospital opens 10.30, nurses say he will arrive by 11.30, and the doctors actually arrive by 12
3. No time effeciency
4. This hospital is not worth it for anything other than mothers and labor and maternity patients
