I Had very bad experience today. A guy in lehenga section cheated us without telling the price till the billing.we had asked for certain amount range lehenga.but the guy initially told the lehenga which we liked falls under Same range amount. I tried in trial room and also moved to alteration section. Totally spent around an 1 hour these.and yet to go to billing.
The guys called us asked us come where he standing and telling us that the price is almost double that what I have asked for. And he didn’t check it earlier. And guy Didn’t even apologise for his actions and did not show any good gesture towards us instead blamed us back.

Please be careful of this kind of office boys in Geetanjali silk! Worst experience ever

I went for buy dress to my daughter it was Worst experience in this place from the beginning to end. No skilled and trained employees. When entering in to the showroom parking persons doesn't have the manners to speak with customers. Sales executives are very rude and unorganized. I never go to this showroom again.

Spacious outlet at a very accessible place.products of all quantity and all price ranges are available.staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent collection, polite staff. Best for wedding shopping. We got good offers and discounts for Diwali shopping. They have all varieties of sarees which are arranged very nicely according to price range. Good experience.

Collection is very boring and outdated. The sales people have zero respect for customers and aren't welcoming. Overall a pathetic experience.

Today visited the shop for silk sarees.
Excellent collection of various Silk sarees. Quality is very good and price is very reasonable. The sales staff are very knowledgable and highly obliging. Good technique of saree draping by expert lady staff. Highly recommended for wedding saree shopping.

Shopping experience as a customer was actually good. There was no issues. Even though we went during the peak hours of peak season, we were attended very well by the employees and they had good collection of dresses. My problem is with how they treat their employees. Today in the men's section, the owner was shouting at one of the employees, which puts a bad impression. This should be done privately. Also from the employee we get to know that even during diwali, they don't get leaves and they are made to stay till after 12. Treat the employees better and they'll be happy to work with you as well. So I wouldn't recommend this place on the basis of the behavior and attitude of the owner of this place.

I have bad experience in saree counter (500-995 RS) Not showing proper saree collection and rudely behaviour. Please give proper customer handling training.

The store has a unique and good quality collection of clothes for men, women and kids. The service is good and appreciable. There you can find good quality budget friendly clothing for any occasion. I really enjoyed shopping in Geetanjali.

One of the worst silks shop in Udupi. Don’t go if you really want to buy and the billing staffs are not helpful and the complimentary things and gifts also not given to us. Once the bill paid in the counter very difficult to take our items and staffs are not really cared us.

Every family once in their lifetime plan to buy clothes and looking for nice experience but unfortunately we entered wrong place.

Great collection of clothes for all ages, nicely maintained and awesome staff. A must visit if you are in and around udupi. The customer service is great and the clothing range suits all budgets.

They do not do any exchanges irrespective of any amount they simply tell offer products cannot be exchanged and fabric quality is also average. I prefer Jayalakshmi silk.

I have been here for a few times now, and I do like shopping for traditional dress here. They have got a really good collection at every price range.
