The experience was comfortable. They take care of me like family. The care and support of the nurses made me to feel homeliness. The Doctor was also so supportive. The procedure was simple and effective, it just took only for nearly 15 minutes. And the whole procedure was completed within one appointment.

I came here after reading the reviews for treatment. And I have made a good decision. Treatment went smoothly and the staff and nurses were very nice and understanding. They were helpful in all ways. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a treatment.

I had underwent a surgery and experience was very pleasant. Surgery procedure was explained with clarity and confident by the surgeon (Dr. Preetham). Special applause to all the supporting staffs, who all are really outstanding at their assigned work. Dr. Patil was always there to clear doubts, if any.

All the staffs at the hospital was very warm, friendly and helpful. Made the patient feel calm and comfortable at all times.
Excellent Service

I came to genesis after reading its online reviews.didn't knew that I was going to be writing one myself. I personally am in dept to the staff of the hospital who treated my significant other with such warmth and kindness. I do not know the names of the staffs as of such but each one of them was professional. Clean, comfortable hospital. Doctor's punctuality can be improved for the Genesis to be called the 'best in town'.

Over exaggerated price! Maintainance charge is 15 times extra of the price of medicine. Place looks clean but for a medicine pricing 1000rs they wanted 15000rs, 1500rs extra for consultation and test.

Overall I want to say this is one of the best positive medical experiences I’ve ever had in Bangalore and pretty much at any medical facility in India. The hospital is absolutely amazing with warm, caring, friendly, supportive, professional, attentive and super awesome humans. Not exaggerating at all. Am from Delhi and compared to customer service there I was mind-blown by what I experienced here, that too at a medical hospital. Price compared to delhi also not high at all, but overall treatment, procedure received was far beyond expectations. I have lived in Pittsburgh US and can compare. My waiting times were minimal, the doctors were friendly, informative and completely made me feel comfortable from start to end of my treatment. In general, the medical care received was on par with anywhere in the US. Was given the tests needed to fully ensure my safety. All efforts were made to minimize my discomfort and pain. Procedural detail, reports and nursing guidelines were thorough and meticulous. I would give 7 stars out of 5 for service, ambience, professionalism, doctors approach and for being there for me when I needed it the most. Thank you so much. You really helped me and my family when it was needed. Big big thanks for all once again.

I had visited Bangalore Genesis Hospital for gynecomastia surgery. I was impressed with the way they treated me right from registration and surgery till the follow up. They are very professional in their approach. The doctor to was polite and handled the surgery very well. I would recommend anyone seeking gynecomastia surgery to bangalore Genesis Hospital.

Initially I was very concerned and nervous… but the medical staff all put me at ease, made me feel very comfortable and non-judgmental from phone call till appointment.thn procedure. During appointment I was scheduled following day.and gynec attended within 20 minutes of wait time. Doctor was the courteous, very informing and professional. Also, very much the understanding and gentle approach which made me more comfortable and relieved.procedure went fine, slight discomfort but within natural limits. After procedure Iwas given a recovery package. 2 weeks later I had assured to report my conditin.and it is fully recovered and excellent. General quality excellent. Glad I went through procedure and am quit thankful for all.

Worst hospital, doesn't care about paitient, offer C section for abortion when It could be done through pill and normal medical procedure, and doing illegal business for gender identification, charging high money for simple consultation, I got know because I went to see a patient. And someone there in neighborhood told me to not to come anymore in this hospital.
We got discharged the patient same day and shifted them to different place.
I'm not marketing any other hospital neighter, I have any personal conflict with this hospital just want you know people the truth.

My friend underwent gynecomastia surgery at the hospital due to extra glandular tissue development as well as fat accumulation in the upper chest region. He also had an issue of excess skin with slight slagging in the upper right breast area. The health problem was from many years after adolescence due to family hereditary reasons as well as excess weight etc… After years of experiencing lower self-esteem issues as well as mental distress he finally made up his mind to undergo surgery after support from the family and friends as well. After having undergone the male breast reduction surgery he is currently fully recovered and resumed his normal daily activities including work. The chest is flat and firm without sagginess, better shape and contours and ability to wear t-shirt without issues. Big issue before was with wearing t-shirt and sweater. We have noticed a substantial difference in his happiness levels, confidence levels and overall productivity. His follow-up medications have enabled a smooth, infection free and effective recovery after surgery with a shorter than expected down-time. The surgeon has also advised him the appropriate nutrition, vitamins as well as physical activity to maintain his flat chest and prevent recurrence of fat deposits in the chest and gynecomastia. The result has been very effective, and we are glad to report again in about six months in terms of progress, maintenance etc.

After considering several options for phimosis made the decision for circumcision in Bengaluru. Main concerns resolved were the periodic swelling, inflammation, irritation and slight burning sensation at times, caused by tight foreskin problem. Was attended to by the gentle, kind, polite surgeon who provided comfort and ease throughout the consultation, circumcision surgery procedure for foreskin removal, dressing, after care instructions, follow-up consultations and post-surgery recovery. The procedure itself lasted less than a half an hour. I was provided clear step by step instructions on how to come prepared for the surgery and was allowed to return back home the same day, after being administered dressing and taking some rest. Pretty much the next day I was able to return to work and resume most activities. The surgeon had advised not to indulge in strenuous physical activity, lifting heavy weights, avoid water contamination until dryness achieved etc.recovery instructions were very clear and precise. The sutures came off normally, within initial slight irritation and light pain after initial anesthesia wore off after surgery. Recovery was quick however and overall quality, precision, effective and result was even better than expected. I cannot emphasize enough the supportiveness of the medical staff and associated medical help during the entire process, having good patient care skills which enabled me to feel like home and not as nervous as I would have felt otherwise.

This is a good place to have treatment. Doctor/Nurse and all other staff were very supportive and caring. I felt better to have consultation with doctor and got a right direction for treatment.
