Ordered a mini fridge. For 3-4 days the guy kept saying yes sir sending it.sending it. It never came
I had to order from somewhere else. Total waste of time

We bought a double door fridge which did not run for a month. Later they sent a mechanic to fix after a week, that after repeated call n number of times, now for replacement they are showing a single door which is not acceptable, we are trying for refund as we booked new fridge no one is responding.

These guys are total frauds. Will not give you service on warranty or parts repair. Save your money and don't get scammed. They also talk rudely when asked for service. This kid rayan is single handedly destroying this business and needs to be kicked out of the job asap.totally fraud
Inside all spares are damaged for this they will give months warranty after that they know it will gone so only they give 6 months warranty blady fraud people

Brought a fridge from here a day before and they delivered a quite well with safety and the staff was polite and they promised to give 1 year of free service so I recommend here to buy products form get electronics

Great company to buy used goods, Responsive in communication and efficient in their service, Spoked to a really helpful Guy called Meer, I was worried about ordering online. But i really shouldn't have! Because they delivered it been great experience. We will definitely be back to buy other products from this company. Pretty amazing costomer service, based on this I woudnt hesitate to use electric shop again.

Utterly bad customer service. They hacked the fridge to work somehow.
We had the fridge that they sold us checked by a urban clap professional. He said that repairing this fridge is not possible and will incur high costs and no guarantee that it will work later. Their were multiple leakages in the cooling coil and some compressor cutoff had been hacked away so that the compressor won't turn off. The fridge had issue first month after we bought it. Someone came and told us that ice, had formed poured hot water in the fridge got it working. 5 months later someone told that gas leaked. Now which fridge has gas issues this early. Fridge in my home town has been working fine since 5 years.
And now we've been calling Mihir and he's not responding.
Anyway these aren't good people to buy from and I would suggest buy first hand.

This is not a genuine company. PLd dont waste your time and money buying anything from them.

Not at all responding for services, unprofessional behavior. I bought a LG fridge and it's not working exactly after 6 months. After contacting many times for services I experienced really pathetic responses from the service team. Its purely unworthy. They are forcing to put good rating while buying the product.

Service was good. Can be made better by better coordination between the customer and the engineer.

Very bad service, I bought a washing machine and fridge combo from here, initially they were all good, and picking our phones till we paid the amount. While buying they said installation will be done by them, now when they came to deliver they were saying that washing machine needs a faucet for the installation, and that we will have to arrange. And they took the amount and left. Now I have the faucet tries fixing it but I am not able to, and when I call they won't pick the calls

One of the worst places to buy your 2nd hand home appliances, don't get fooled by their pictures, the reality is different. Salesmen are liars, and the delivery personnel and technicians have no idea about the products. Once they sell the product they don't even bother to receive your calls. Highly disappointed. Don't put your customer care no in the comments, they are useless just like other people your company has. No one bothers to receive the call. If you guys continue your business like this I believe within a year you will be out of business.

Edit: Sufiyan finally came to visit after the repeated complains. Happy with his conduct and service. Hoping things will be smooth now.

Do yourself a favour and get yourself a new electronic.

Brought a Godrej fridge for 8k from the place.

The staff was responded well till the sale. I was asked to operate the fridge after 3 hours due to transfer but it didn't work. Followed up for 4 days religiously to get the fridge checked by a technician. No one has visited yer. The customer care agent is rude and doesn't care a bit. The whole 6 month free service is a sham.

Filing an online complaint against them.

Very bad service, products are to not good, do not buy any product. When we request to solve product difficulty, the person from customer care like to say go to police station and complete, nothing will happen.

I purchased a Refrigerator worth Rs 7000 with stabilizer on 10 th May 2021 and the compressor stop working on 17th May.when I called to customer care there is no response and they don't knw to behave properly.so plz don't purchase any items from this shop.all members are fake.
