We hired a maid from Get my maids
One good thing abt them is they give 30 days trial period.
The maid was good to handle house cleaning & baby care which was agreed before hiring.

Maid was very very dirty, a specific smell like a rotten veg was roaming in the house, it took a day for us to realise it’s from her.
We guessed it’s been weeks she took a bath & we found that she doesn’t even have a towel soap or shampoo, we bought all the necessary things for her and made her use shampoo, soap & a towel, yet the small was around so we washed all her clothes and bag and made sure the smell is gone, it was very necessary as she was handling our baby.

Since we have cameras around the house we knew though we send her to sleep by 10 -11 pm she speaks on phone till 3 am & gets up, without bath she will handle the baby with all lethargy! Coz of which we had to give her few hours more sleeping time in the afternoon or evening.

We left her in a month & the agency was supposed to give a replacement but they denied citing that we complained abt their maids! And they only have same type of maids who may smell bad so he can’t provide us anymore! I think he took it personally but the smell was true & we had to make her a human & u should send clean people especially if baby care is involved & u can’t get offended if ur client complaints! Take ur clients feedback’s and rectify where u r supposed to
