Beautician never reaches on time. They will come 2 hours late to the committed time. And we will end up calling them many a times, just to confirm that is someone coming or not. Customer care team has no clue about the beautician location. Once they take booking, their job are done. No followups with the beautician whether they reached or not. Without your knowledge they will change your time slot. And team will not even bother to inform you. Please think before you book with getlook. Zoro customer satisfaction.

It was my first time at home and it was indeed very nice very professional very well spoken and time passed didn’t even realise have recommended my friends and family about this

I am taking service from past 4 years.but from last 6 months service has become pathetic.no proper response on bookings and confirmation.canceling at last moment.they take full bookings and products will be missing.customer support say you can opt
For other service providers (urban company). They are taking customers for granted no value for out time too.

I booked 2 services and trying to call them since morning but no response, last minute they called and said one beautician will come after 30 mins and then that also got cancelled.

Please go with some other app. This one sucks!

I really have to say this, initially I was scared while calling for home saloon but once she came, it was so comfortable. The service is so good and clean. The staff Preethika make sure I am comfortable. All the service is really good and I suggest my friends also to book it.

Premium they charging for good beautician, but not that great experience for colour hair … grey hair are not cover at all!

They r cheating customers by using ordinary products and charging for loreal. I had paid money for loreal spa and they cheated using ordinary spa product I hv given them proof of the packet which was used yet they denying it. I have their packet yet with me which was used and ver cleverly beautician hid it.

Facial service was very good, hygienic, beautician was on time and did her job very well, tried getlook for the first time, surely booking next time.

I have been using getlook services from 1 year. I think they have got enough customers now, so they are not hearing out to customer grievances anymore. The beautician have spoiled my bedsheet during the service. Please see the attachment. I have showed it to the beautician and also reported the same to resolution team. They stopped responding to me. After paying so high for the services which they claim to be professional and being a regular customer to getlook have to face this situation where I need to continuously keep on messaging resolution team for 2 weeks and no response from them is very awkward. They have used some chemicals because of which the color from the bedsheet has faded, I don't know if they can use these on human body. I have asked them to come and check but they are not ready to do it. They are telling me there is no proof of beautician spoiling the bedsheet though I showed it to the beautician on the spot, I usually don't take a video while beautician is doing waxing and other girl services. I dint expect them to ask me this.

UPdate: Sometimes Mistakes are done by Humans, But who ever tries to correct them will reach Heights. They have contacted me Immediately that i was'nt happy with the Service and immediately sent Some other Stylist and Corrected my HairStyle which is Really Appreciable. Hence changed the star rating. Old Post: Worst service by them. Customer service is even worst. Simply they will block you from commenting. They give scissors to any of their employee and they call them as stylist. Avoid taking service from them to save your money and peace of mind. Please see the before after pics of haircut. Nothing was done. I'm very very upset with them.

This looks like a scam. Don't book with them no matter what they promote in their Ads on Social media. For a morning 730am booking, they cancelled last moment at midnight with a simple SMS, that's all. They ruined a wedding event.

App is little slow but the service provider is good. I've booked services from Get look quite a few times and they always provide good services at the comfort of your home with good quality products. Beautician Mahima was polite and well trained. She did her job well, I would look forward to take other services from her.

Highly disappointed. They have no sense of customer empathy. I had booked a 2.5 hr service - massage, facial, pedicure for 10 AM. And they had the audacity to have no contact with me and call me at 10.30 saying that someone can come by 11-11.30 and not before. If you want our service let us know.

Imagine. Not even apologetic. Like I have nothing else to do and I'll just wait 1.5 hrs for the delay caused by them.

Totally unprofessional. While the services are ok that I got before, the whole operations suck and they do not behave like professionals at all.

No updates post booking. I have been following up with customer care and also with the beautician and none of them reply to my messages.
It's 2.12pm and the appointment was at 12pm.
Why don't you atleast update us if the service can't be provided today, we will have other plans, need not waste our day in this.
Did not expect this kind of service from getlook. Value the time of everyone.

Worst ever services. Booked a appointment and after 30 hours I got response that we will not be able to serve you today. When I asked for tomorrow they said we have full booking because vof Weeknd as if I am not paying. Very bad. Don't rely on this getlook. Because you will never be sure whether they will come.

Beautician (Radha Chettri) was on time.
I liked the way she doubled check after doing waxing.

I should say it was a great experience with GetLook.
I Have experienced multiple salon at home services but didn't feel satisfied when compared with Getlook.
I should give 10/10 for the beautician Priyanka Thapa's dedication about her work.
I can highly recommend GETLOOK to the women to get relax at home.

Not bothered to the concerns raised, or time of the customers, unnecessarily make us wait by not even saying no beautician is available or it is cancelled, really bad services.
I don’t recommend such a negligent services.

I had an amazing experience with GetLook it was my third time booking them and the beautician was so good at her work - Sharmila. Very patiently she did her job. Loved the overall experience.

Fraud company. They cancel appointments at the last moment. Ask for money first and vanish. They ask you to give positive review and then give you free pedicure, people give wrong reviews just to get free things without thinking.

Experience is pathetic, the management is worst.first I booked for 3pm and later at 5 they are saying we can come by 6pm.we were not updated with the timings properly. I again Canceld and rescheduled my booking.again I booked for 4pm.and strictly informed not to delay after that as a I have to go to a function, again I got a call at 5 saying that we were not updated with the timings properly.we can come by 5: 30-6pm.i accepted it still.then again getting a call saying that we can come from 6pm to 7pm.as we are not informed earlier by the booking person about the timings.so in short 4ok booking went for 7pm by blaming each other in their management.worst experience

These guys have pathetic service of confirming the orders, I called many times but they didn’t respond they have 4 different number to chat on watsp but they never rply or call in time or resolve the queries!
now im going to delete their app.
