It was a wonderful meeting with BK Gupta sir and the way he explained about the MM (mistakes to miracle) it was memorable and knowledge moment for me. And the way he express his experience I was too amazed and every topic I have heard it properly and he is a kind person with all. The five day experience working with you sir in the workshop was a memorable one. I feel blessed that I got the opportunity to learn from you. The motivational talk on "From Mistakes to Miracles" really motivated me and boosted my confidence. I was awestruck to see the way you switched from one language to another. That was a mesmerising session.

Braj sir's journey, starting from a boy coming from a small village, Tarapur of Bihar, to where he stands today, has been extremely inspiring and a motivating one. He was deprived of the resources, but never lacked dedication and determination towards learning.
His words, "My friends, we are here to make mistakes. There is nothing called The Best Practice, instead there is always a possibility to have Better Than Best", are embedded in my mind and encourages me to widen the horizon of my imagination and to think wider. I visited Giant Step when I was in Bangalore some years ago. I saw Braj as a passionate coach and mentor for young people who respected him greatly.
