Very poor service and management We bought a washing machine and water purifier on 19th August 2023. They came to fit washing machine on 22nd august and till now ie 25th august they haven’t come to fix it. The most casual guy is Naveen and the so called manager Pradeep. If there is any rating for zero, I would like to give for this shop and request anyone not to buy from this shop Very poor management with so many negative reviews I wonder what the owner is doing? Not only for water filter, every consumable item has a complaint of not being fitted as per commitment or time. Are they taking customers for ride? And does the Girias management aware of this kind of things happening at the store and customers are not happy
One rating is just for poor customer service. Yesterday I made the purchase for a washing machine and gas stove. They promised the same day delivery. Its 2nd day, and there is no update from them yet. I called up couple of hours back and they said they will update me in 5 minutes and now their all the contact numbers are switched off. Atleast they should have the basic etiquette towards the customer to update the status. This kind of service is unbelievable.
Worst experience with delivery. Brought Products offline for the first time expecting early delivery compared to online. Was told I'll get it before 12.30PM, No proper response. Don't take order if you are not able to deliver it. Item delivered is having dents. Replaced it again. No proper response from delivery driver / Sales on delay. Stop with Fake promises. Hope there is zero star in maps.
