Worst behaviour and not responsible, they don't even have time to pick the call and answer for the query but when it comes to pay the fees, they will be the first to torture again and again.

GlobalShiksha is worst with respect to customer service and they behave like a scammers. We ordered 3rd std Shiksha worksheets for my kid and they couriered 2nd std worksheets by mistake. I am trying to reach them over mobile, email and WhatsApp for the past 10 days, but nobody responds. I obtained their contact by reaching out to them as a prospective buyer using different number and spoke with that person about the issue. He said that he would get back to me on the solution, but later that person did not attend my call at all. They are unprofessional and behave like a scamsters. Very worst experience with them. Pls do not try of their products.

Very bad UKG worksheet paper quality. Don't buy. I think all materials like so. Don't keep good faith on quality products.

This is a fraud organisation. The didn’t send the materials after payment. The customer service executives are pathetic.

Global siksha executive placed the order without my confirmation by C. O. D payment mode. I had discussion with their executive through messages. I did not confirm the order. The executive himself placed the order.they finally shipped the worksheets on cod without my confirmation.as i am out of india now i told them i would do the payment through gpay.after payment no mail or nothing from their side.when i asked about it executive told it will get updated.their courier partner didnt deliver the books on my adress they asked my brother to come and collect from their office.he went but they said its on COD, so they cant give. I am trying to connect to team but none of their number is reachable. SWhat is the way to resolve this? Plz help. This act is very shameful and defrauding.please refund my money. I dont want you product anymore

They don't at all responds to your calls neither emails. They provided me wrong items. Pendrive not working.
Take your so called product back and refund my hard earn money.

This is big fraud item. I bought it for my son. If you use, you will never pass 10th board exam. I complained in Twitter and tagged to Consumer forum and Bangalore police.

One of the fraud company it is. I order hand writing for my child but they gave us another products. When I call their customer care no.they told me that they will call back but has n't done that. Even they are not receiving my call.

Order was delivered to me on COD without any communication. I just had discussion with their executive over phone and they agreed to waive of shipping charges and offered assessment free of cost at a agreed price of Rs 1349. I did not confirmed the order. The executive himself placed the order with shipping charges of Rs 150 and without online assessment.they finally shipped the worksheets on cod without any sms or email to me and without my confirmation. My parents received the cod order and paid to delivery person. I am trying to connect to team but none of their number is reachable. Such kind of practice is very bad. What is the way to resolve this? Plz help. This act is very shameful and defrauding nature.

Very horrible experience.pathetic employees.they send us memory card for class 2 to 5 and they charge us the money and the memory card is not working only.we are tiered of complaining, but there employees are so pathetic that they are not refunding our money and not picking our calls also.shame on you. CHEATERS.

I was bought assignments for last 2 years but their marketing ppl called me regularly and told to buy animated videos.but when I bought it it's content cheap level. English is very pathetic.content only 1-2 minutes.they cheating people.you people can get quality content from othere sources. I don't want to trap here.

Hello this is Jyothi Anand here. I usually don't review but this time I coulnot control.at first they are very calm and decent to grab customer attention and later they are least bother.they gave me 3 and 4th standard worksheets along with pendrive but that pendrive is not opening any content when complained to me vinodraj.he said he will inform his team but now he is not responding to calls now.r these guys fooling is by doing such things.they are playing with kids education.will report to police about this and will take necessary action against these ppl.so that others don't get cheated.

This is is a big fraud. They never send the product after making payment. But if you cancle or make pay on delivery mood, they call 20 times a day. I place my order one month ago and made the payment but there is no response and the f ee call they make thousands excuse. So please be careful

Very worst I ordered pen drive for lkg cbse syllabus but in pen drive there's nothing from january till now I am complaining no one is responding I am asking to take the pen drive and refund my amount no one is responding its 1500 please guys don't bye from global shiksha giving one star also waste

Worst customer care service, until we order item they will lift our calls, once order and payment is done they will cut our calls, in case if we call with other number after hearing our voice they will cut the call.

Training is provided for employees, and the trainer is very nice person, appreciate him that he made it fun!

I joined global shiksha just because it is near my home but after joining i am feeling like I'm at the right place to enhance my skills. The employees are too good and they will mingle very easily. They taught me everything in detail and helped me to work comfortably.
Especially the trainer Divya trained us very well and and we enjoyed alot in the training period because she is very jovial. Thank you Divya mam and global shiksha.

The joining process was quick and smooth. The recruiter was cooperative and friendly. Training was knowledgeable and enhanced my information about the company as well as the working process. The trainer was pretty cool and amazing.

Worst experience. Cheaters. Fraud. Continuous calls finally they vl make us to say yes.one fellow told me complementary offer 1+1 but I hv received only one magical book that too very small and not worth of 1000 rupees. Plz don't chose anyone

I liked this company because it was a business which is not only focusing on making money it is focusing on both company should also survive and they can also focusing on providing good service and information (education) for the children. This is the one of the main reason I am rating it as five star. It is coming with new education concept in which children will like to study because it will not only study it is like study and play both is in one product so children's are gonna enjoy this product.
Coming to company environment it is really good because everyone is almost friendly including the trainer.he has so much knowledge and he has skill of teaching as well as leadership qualities. It is very rare combination I really liked it. Yeah overall it is a nice experience I can say.

The interview was good they handle very good and the trainer Miss Divya shree was super good, humble, caring and she explains us very good we are able to understand quickly very good feel about Global Shiksha.

I liked this company because it was a business which is not only focusing on making money it is. Global shiksha is a very good platform for freshers as they get to learn a lot and if an individual works hard then their hard work is acknowledged and recognition are thank you Divya medam

We used to buy few worksheets whenever required and they were of good quality. Used to get multiple calls regarding purchasing more, but we buy if we think it is required for the child on some specific subject. Couple of months back started interacting with a representative who was pushing to buy the animated content for my child, I was not so keen on it, as I didn't want my kid to spent more time on laptop on top of her online classes. He kept insisting and at last I asked him to sent some sample video's so that I can check, if my kid likes it I will purchase. He also said that, he wud place the order now as there are some offers going on now and if you don't like it we will cancel it. I said ok as long as I am not paying anything.
This person without informing me, placed the order for the animation video in USB sent to my address in hometown with a Cash-on-delivery method. I had traveled back to Bangalore by that time and was not available. My parents without knowing the background paid the amount and collected the delivery.
This is a pure fraud and I contacted him and informed him the same and asked him to refund the amount and return the delivery. He said he wud take care of if and give him few days, but never responded and is not reachable anymore and do not respond to my messages.
This not how to build an organisation, value your customers and do no de-rail you values for such silly profits or meeting dead lines.
I had explained it to many people who called for marketing, but no outcome. If you need more information please reach out to me. I can provide you the details of the person. Hope someone will reach out and take the required corrective actions.

I strongly recommend to everyone don't place any order or Don't fill their form. They are miss using our phone number. Be aware from this company. I never seen this type of marketing. They will irritated you after getting your number. Stupid

Global Shiksha is providing excellent study materials to the kids which all products are usefull for their better understanding it in a smartway to the next level of education, kids will thourougly enjoy it with these worksheets, Flashcards, animated videos etc.
I'm a employee of this organisation & I'm happy with coordinating with Global siksha team.

It’s been more than a month that I ordered worksheets. I received the language and EVS and math is still not delivered. When asked, they are like”we have registered your complaint and look into it and call back. ” Still waiting for the call back!
Why do you accept the order when you have insufficient worksheets to deliver?
The child is still waiting for her math worksheets.

Their sheets are ok but they have pathetic customer service.you give your number once and they will keep on calling you again and again from different numbers.you can keep them telling them that we dont want to buy again but they again nd again calling you no one is listening.

This global shiksha is only behind selling, they don even answer the queries later on.i bought a SD card for 1500 rs and ve been unable to access the content on it.and the customer service is the worst.

Cheaters. They will continuously call from different numbers. I mentioned multiple times, that I don't want the worksheets. Recently a lady called and said, this year there will be complimentary items too, like 2 reading books, 2 coloring books, stationary, worksheets etc for 1200. So, I ordered it. I took material for my cousins as gifting purpose.and there could not be any better gift for any kid.quality of work sheets are really so so good.

I am from Coimbatore.yesterday, i received lkg work sheet from courier (delivery) paid 1499/- including courier charges.i really shocked all this work sheet available in market books stall for Rs 80/ to maxi 200/-. They just taken color Xerox send us.it is best lesson to me without seeing and wrong commitment from sales person.i request u all please dont buy from this portal really cheating, they send normal work sheet that is available in market at cheaper price.

I bought Worksheet and Pendrive for my brother & sister and the content in that products where just best in the market with the cheapest price.

Worst experience. They keep on calling at ungodly hours insisting to buy one thing or the other repeatedly. Buying worksheet was a crime I committed. Pathetic customer service and infact they harass by junk calls continuously despite of asking many times to delist the number. The worksheets are also not up to the mark.
