Worst service ever … we felt cheated and frustrated. If I have option I will file legal case against them.booked France visa appointment through them for which I had to travel from Bangalore to Kolkata. They did not even tell us that there is something basic document which is application form. At the visa counter we were told about it and since we had our last appointment of the day so the counter got closed before our submission of application. I kept on asking about list of documents but this lady named Sunita never told us about it. Because of them we lost huge money and mental peace … after telling them the whole incident they started blaming us and said it is basic document which you should know. If things were known to us why we will pay 3000 only for booking an appointment. A big fraud and cheater. I kept on asking about the checklist but they never reseponded or guided us! Beware guys never go with them
We had a wonderful experience in Singapore due to this agency. Everything was just perfect! From applying for visa, hotels, itinerary, to tickets everything was on time. Big thanks to Daisy, she is super helpful and managed to resolve all issues effortlessly and on time.

We have used Global wings a few times and one thing is sure they are very reliable and prompt woth their service. Minor hicccups during the trips have happened but have been promptly dealt with by local contact in India and the contacts in the tourist places we have visited. They help with customization also. After charging exorbitant amount to assist form filling for US visa, the agent did not even ask us about courier option of passport but chose the option of collecting from VFS. Due to this, we had to plan additional visit to Bangalore just to pick up the passport after visa was issued. A lot of time and money was wasted due to a lack of attention to detail by these agents.
