I have a bad bad experience. I tell u how they work. Yjey take order from you, take an advance and then they give your details to any local cab person. Their job is done.
Now if you get stuck with a bad driver or have any issues, your bad.
I kept caring Manjeetji and rahulji continuously when driver troubled me. They didn't feel it is important to respond to a female customer travelling alone, instead they asked the agency to deal themselves. Whatever advice I paid was not calculated. They overcharged me for the same trip which was promised at 11k, I ended up paying 19k.
Please look for genuine companies where atleaat they take responsibility and not just work for commission. It's real risk to life

Update - Lowering to 2 stars because my 2nd experience was quite horrible.

Firstly I had booked AC car for airport drop but the driver said that her car AC was not working, as an asthma patient had to endure 1.5 hours of horrible city pollution for 60 kms. Felt sick and quite dizzy during the whole journey. Also the driver kept cursing the police, security guards and other drivers she encountered on the roads, quite a bad temper for anyone who drives on a regular basis.

Secondly the booking was made in advance for 3 passengers, but the driver had her toddler occupying the front passenger seat for the entire trip, so 3 adult and elderly passengers squeezed in the backseat for the entire journey of 60 kms while enduring hot afternoon sun and city polution of a non AC car. Driver said she had noone to babysit which I understand, but then why were we assigned such a car and driver who can't provide basic functional seating.

The company needs to ensure strict policies or don't charge passengers for AC car when giving non AC car, especially for a long journey in a polluted city.

Experience with 1st journey - Great service and very smooth booking process, maintains punctuality, would highly recommend for women travelling alone, driver was very helpful.

Very safe. I travelled in the midnight to airport. Very good female driver. The rates are a bit expensive than usual but when it comes to safety i guess we can pay a little extra.

The driver was rash driving. Many a times I got scared that she will dash into the walls. She refused to pick up the bags as well. Charge is too high for the service provided. Also she cheated on the meter reading. I would prefer airport bus over this cab service.

To start with, the driver was Bhuvana was great, but the rest of the service is the worst.

When I contacted them via Whatsapp, I was asked to make an advance payment and the driver details would be shared a day before the ride. It wasnt shared with me and I got the same only after followup from my end.

Now it has been days since the trip and I have been following up dor a receipt. Everyday it is like “you will get it today madam”, but nothing happens. If you are someone who is serious about bills or need to get a trip reimbursed, I strongly recommend that you do not choose this service. It is an unnecessary hassle to keep begging for receipts like this.

Love that we have an exclusive cab for ladies esp.when we arrive on late night flights! But the price factor needs to be fixed and monitored as my driver charged me an exorbitant Rs. 1300 for a 4 km ride to my home! Is this legit? Plus took 100 Rs extra for helping with my baggage: (this is daylight robbery as the site says Rs. 23 per km after midnight which was not what she charged me.this issue needs to be taken care of by the authorities!

Absolutely loved the experience. I've gotten a pickup from the airport late at night and it was cheaper and of course safer than the other cab services. I know you lose out on benefits like live tracking but I think the peace of mind having a woman driver for a single woman late at night was worth it. They do have a long way to go to catchup to other ride services but I would continue to support this initiative. Thank you for making me feel safe

I had booked a cab for a 5.15 am drop to the airport. Chauffeur Kamala was ready at the pickup location 15 minutes before. She is a super driver. Felt really good that one could get a safe and efficient cab service at an early hour. It was truly a great experience. Will strongly recommend Pinkcabzz to all women. Great going girls'!

Great service. I always prefer using GoPink whenever I have to travel to the airport at nights. Hats off to courageous women out there.

. Prices are quite high.receipt should be provided immediately after ride and if they add any tip.they should ask from passenger beforehand.

Was driven at 5: 30am to the airport by Mamtha. What a swift amazing ride it was. The AC was on, map was on, no worrying about being half asleep. She took toll both route as well. Reasonably priced for the safety they give. Very responsive team. Highly recommend.

I booked Gopink cabs to go to Kempegowda airport. It was my first flight, I was excited and I was going for SSB Interview. But the cab was late by 35mints. Then in between the route cab got punctured and driver tried to fix it with help of some local taxi driver. I was late by 1.10 hours. Luckily I reached before 10 mnts before check in, otherwise it will be worst. I wont recommend Gopink Cabs. I dont know if this is a rare case or what, but my experience with them was terrible.

Highly professional cab service. Felt very safe to be dropped at the airport with an early morning pick up.

Last minute cab changes, no live tracking, highly inflated bills. I availed their airport taxi service and the driver deviated way beyond the route, I was charged almost half my Air travel for the cab. Customer service is pathetic, no one responds in case of a complaint.

I took service on 5th and 6th September late night and early morning to and fro airport. Latha was my driver. Very nice experience. Again I took service on 11th night and 12th early morning Vasundara was my driver. Very good. Few rupees more, but excellent service. Mine was pre booked taxis. Ms. Anu @booking is helpful.

I had to travel to the airport at 3 am to drop my mother and was worried about safety, hence booked Go pink cabs. The service was excellent, especially the chauffeur was very professional, helpful and gave us confidence. Felt very secure and safe, she waited patiently and dropped me back home, all in all a good experience and highly recommended service to use for women travelling late night

Very reliable and safe service for travel to and from the airport, particularly for women. The cab drivers are very professional, courteous and punctual.

Driver called Sanjana was sent and about 500/- extra was charged from the prev time I travelled the same distance between airport and indiranagar, no start kms or end kms were shared with me and the experience was bad and over priced.

They are too pricey.driver was late by 45 mins while they themselves charge waiting time extra in case you are late by 10 mins or more! Go for it only if you need female driver for safety purpose.otherwise no good

Professional, polite, and punctual service by the Go Pink Cabs. It was for a couple of female friends traveling at odd hours (2 am from Sarjapur) and the driver was outside my apartment at 1: 30 am when I called to check-in with her. Similarly, the driver was already at the airport to pick one of them up when her flight landed.

The price can feel a little more than regular cabs but everything else felt top notch

I used the services for my daughter on 17.2.2022 and again on 19.2.2022 for pick up and drop at airport. The car reached on time, the cab driver's service was excellent. I thank the whole team of Ms Annu for such a nice service for females in Bengaluru. Earlier also I have used the services for my daughters, evertime I got excellent service.

Had booked an early morning cab for airport pickup almost 36 hours prior. Received a confirmation email as well. But no one showed up to pick me up. Even after waiting for half an hour over the pick up time. When I msg to the number mentioned in the email, they simply reply saying book 24 hours prior. Extremely disappointed with the poor service
