I have nothing to do with the GOPRINTS & I am one of those people amongst the customers who frequently go to various BUSINESS outlets for various needs that includes printing also & I have a habit of viewing the reviews given by the customers for the service given by the businesses and then decide to go to that place, but as I have known about the GOPRINTS this is one amongst the very old & best Printshops in & around the Shivajinagar Area but the recent updates about the reviews reveal that the Low Ratings 1Star Ratings are given by the genuinely unsatisfied or unhappy Customers either unhappy with the behaviour of the management or the way of working unprofessionally & someone by the Name KARTHIK Adithya has praised some Ex-employee by the Name Dinesh this proves that he was a Better Employee & more EFFICIENT than the OWNER/MANAGEMENT so it seems that the owner should get TRAINED in the Fast Printing Work to see his Customers Happy anyway BEST of Luck GOPRINTS God bless you.

Doesn't deserve a single star. The lady the cash counter is very rude to people and kept showing everyone a bad attitude. Made us wait for 2hrs for one print. Will not recommend this place for
anyone.

Worst experience. People do not know how to burn CD. The front desk lady was not so polite and not so helpful and demanded extra money for payment through Paytm and when offered money they were not having change. If you talk about GST. I don't think so you are doing it in a right way. Vegetable seller accepts even rs- 10/- he does not ask for GST. We are towards digital India. This was the first time I had to pay extra for paying through UPI. You have to place a notice for this. If you are collecting extra amount

For paying through UPI 18% GST hilarious, very worst more price, cheating customers. I visited many shops i know about GST, why u want GST on UPI payment thats the wrong thing, till that in my entire life no shop asked for GST on UPI payment.

The receptionist is rude behaviour, we can't stand behind the editor, she starts to say to sit outside,

Printing quality is good, but behaviour is too bad.

People are very rude. The staff behaves like they are doing a favor! Visit at your own risk.

One of the Best place to go for High quality of digital printing in central bangalore. Staffs are very courtesious, Quick service and Price is affordable.

Work quality seems okay but customer service is pathetic, their behaviour seems as if they are doing it for free.
Initially the person I contacted was refusing to do the work and was speaking angrily to me. I just wanted the printing work done and was in a hurry, but this guy was straightly saying he can't do it and quoting very high prices. But I had to agree as the work was urgent for me.

My experience with the shop was very horrible. Customer service is poor. All staffs are rude and not helpful inanyway. No one addresses to your concern even if we approach them for multiple times. Totally disppointed!

The staffs make that place very easy to access or get anything. If one is confused with what kind of printing one should go with - do not worry! They are experts, they will help you!

I had been here twice so that I can get my work done the rough behaviour of the lady in help desk will surely effect the business

I asked for samples and what more they deal in.the person came with samples there and the other customer who was waiting the lady in help desk said us can't we just see in online and come and place the order as they had limited samples in additional how can we feel the tangiblity or physical features of the product online

If this women who is in this organisation help desk continues her behaviour it's will not get upcoming or future customers I just moved from here because of her arrogancy and thankful I made the work done at more lesser price on same day

Later on call she adds as well that person is barking like a dog

Here rough behaviour made me disappointed hope she learn few ethics, moral of business and values

I Have been a regular customer here for a long time mostly printing sticker sheet, i really like how professionally the jobs are easily done prices are decent and much better in bulk orders.

It’s on the side road near the highgrounds police station. U need to ask around. U go in early and u will definitely get your job done. They do a good job.

A one stop shop for all your digital needs. Printing, posters, flex, lamination delamination, id card making.you name it they do it. Nice spacious place at 1st floor level.

Good work. Punctual in delivering servixes.
But, Receptionist lacks professionalism and manners.

Overpriced, Employees are gentle but the People who run the place appear rude.they do your work well and within a reasonable time too.

Best budget printers, your thoughts will be easily read by experience guy and give positive results in printing form
