Pathetic Experience, flight got canceled and they have not even refunded the money from past 15 days. Worst thing that can happen to a customer.

Pathetic Air services. I mean the airline fool it's customers and Travellers. While online booking the airline shows the different timings and in actual they delay flight by 3 to 4hrs. Management of this flight is just worst. I will never recommend any Traveler to choose this airline travel for their travel to any state or city.
Bengaluru -Jaipur Flight is always delayed by 4 hours. I will never ever travel again with this airline

One of the worst flight services you will ever find. Simply keep rescheduling or cancelling services. If they cannot run flight company properly, they should shut down company and do some other work.

The worst flight i have ever come across. Always delayed, i missed my another flight because of their irresponsibility. I took a flight from Bangalore to ranchi and they show timing 9.30 but take off at 12.55 what the hell is going on worst service. Right now i am sitting at the flight and waiting since 11.20 now its 12.42 till now flight has not took off. Pathetic never gonna book this again.

I was travelling from Bengaluru to delhi. The incharge name madhu was so rude and misbehaved. Never travel from go air, its gives a feel of local bus and all the staff members are so rude. Do not travel from this

Probably the worst airline in India, held our baggage hostage and made us wait inside the airport because of some payment they were trying to extort from us! Shameful!

Worst airline ever. Flight cancellation delay is part of their service. They do not inform delays in advance specially for Bangalore. I will never take this airway again and i will not recommended anyone this airline. Go First IS PATHETIC

Multiple delays without any reason! Non cooperative staff! Very bad experience, will not recommend go first airline to anyone. Their flight name should be "GO LAST".

Worst experience ever, flight delayed by 7 hours and no updates given, if you confront them they say mam we tried to mail you. How on earth do you "try" to mail someone? When i asked them what are my options now they said we'll assist you to go out of airport you can come back 2 hours before updated time. Like omg, thanks! They proceeded to cancel my flight ticket WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME and put the entire blame on me. I asked them to check cameras to see if i said that and the guy had the guts to say whatever done is done mam, lol. I'd rather die than book from this airline again. The manager and staff are the worst people i've ever come across; If this company wants to be saved they should start with changing their airline staff of Bangalore Airport

My flight was changed to different time than I booked. Also, if I want to do web check-in, it asks to pay some amount to choose seats (I agree there are some premium seats that requires a payment) but here all available seats are payable and can't proceed web check-in without paying extra amount.

I went to a checkin desk without doing web check-in, there the way the attendants treat us is horrible. They don't even care about the passengers, no proper responses.

Wish I had a zero star rating. The worst service. No proper customer support. I planned for a trip and booked Gofirst. I booked the stay and return flight as well. And suddenly three days before the date of departure I got a message from gofirst that my flight is cancelled due to operational reasons. Imagine my situation. I repeatedly called the customer support no one was answering the call. I had no clue if i have to wait for reschedule or book another company flight. And so close to the date you know the ticket prices would have shot up. Pathetic experience. I made a decision and promise that never I am gonna book GoFirst in my life. Pathetic experience. I recommend my friends and family also to never book GoFirst. They are not even fit for taxi service.

There is No negative star option. If My time and I ever want to be humiliated next time then I will choose Go First again and which brings me last. No idea how come they are still running. Rudest and foolest staff, time no value, changed 3 times in 15 days, 1 hour late at boarding gate also Yukkk

My flight was delayed already by 4 hours and still after the delayed designated time the boarding did not start. The staff was not cooperative in letting us know the same! Very poor service! Very pathetic experience

First and worst experience with go air After three time Rescadule, they give one option to take a 6pm flight at 4pm which is not possible for me, another option is full refund, but due to this experience I'm not able to travel and need to cancel return flight too which is with Indigo and i have paid 3000 rs cancaltion charges to Indigo and 500 MMT fee's. Feeling disappointed with MMT service too.

Worst experience bad service, do not let you board on flight even if you 10 min late that is 45 min before the flight time.so that you have to book another ticket in middle of night with them.cheating people, will never use go first again.

They are the worst in the business. They love reschedule flights and spoil your plans. Go Air tests your patience at every level from booking to Boarding. Only travel in it if you don't have any other alternative.

Worst service airline. Never choose to fly with them. On my flight from Bangalore to Mumbai, my flight was first rescheduled 25 mins before and then it wad delayed by 1 hour. On the above of all this they took off the flight on 9: 30.

Worse airline, staff are not supportive or even fit to be in the service industry. No proper instructions or support.
Don’t go for low cost or just because this airline fits your schedule it’s just a waste of your time and money as they will mess up your schedule
website for web check in doesn’t work and when you arrive at counter they do not accept saying gates are closed even if it’s their mistake to accept before 60 min

I am writing to share my experience of traveling to and FRO bangalore to Phuket. Since this was the only direct flight for my travel dates had to book it.they change the timings of departure as and when it suites them not even a text message to communicate the same. If I had not checked the previous day would have surely missed my flight.if you book please CHECK AND DOUBLE CHECK THE TIMMINGS.

This is how go first air staff has treated us they are like how u can board on flight I ll see off he was too rubbished to speak and harassment so I request to take a strick action on it and also I am UPLOADING THE VIDEO

Worst service ever from go air, they had cancelled my flight ticket and didn't refund the full amount.
Deducted cash saying it's convience charges. No one answers the call in the call centre. Never book Go air flights

After booking a ticket i saw reviews everywhere there was so much negative reviews i was very worried but we had great experience other than 40mins delay while returning we had no other issue i suggest you guys happily go for it I'm a satisfied customer. For the less cost comparatively great satisfaction

The Go air staff at the checkin counter was rude! He readily showed his displeasure when the boarding pass print was not handy with me (some of the airlines do give customers the print out, found out Go Air does not). This was the first time I had opted for Go Air and the first communication itself started out on a sour note. The Go Air flight stewards were professional and the flight was smooth, however, my rating is based on the overall experience. The Go Air ground staff needs to cultivate patience. It might be the end of their shift, remember even the passengers might have had a long day!
