Hi, I joined one month back join here, I was having a sleeping problem and feeling sleepy all day this sleeping problem was from 1 year. And due to heavy medicine, I had anger issues as well, from which i am recoving.

Hi, this is Arunabha; with nationwide lockdown in place and working from home since March was taking a heavy toll on my mental health; I was desperately looking to engage myself in something else when I came across this Yoga Centre; one evening I called up the centre, went and met the instructor, Mr. Chittaranjan Singh; the first thing that caught my attention was the place; the hall is almost 2,500 sq.foot; I was pleasantly surprised by his personality; the warmth in his behaviour and his way of speaking made me feel that I was not a stranger and he knows me since ages; it has been close to two months that I have joined this centre and I feel that I have taken the right decision.
I joined with many problems, both physical as well as mental and now I feel that there are positive changes; I lost 2 Kgs in one month just by making small changes to my lifestyle and I am quite sure that if I continue, I will ultimately evolve as a better person.

I have joined the yoga center 3 months before. I had breathing and over weight problem since last 15 years. I had 85 if weight when I joined the yoga.
