Worst of the worst builders in today's date. I booked a property in their Kolkata project and when I decided to resale it then they showed their actual face. Suffered a lot in terms of communicating, getting updates, transfer of flat and also with the interest they charge. They literally acted like they are doing a very big favour by letting me sell my own property.
If you want to suffer by buying your dream home then buy it from Godrej Properties Limited in any of their projects across India. Just check the reviews of their other project in Kolkata, their Noida project and old projects in Bangalore also. You will find hundreds of unsatisfied customers who have fell in the trap of Godrej brand name. BEWARE.
I want share this, I'm went a GPL office.the housekeeping is very worst.when she some body ther loudly speak gossips only.especially one housekeeping lady she worst always she phone and loud speak gossips.they didn't know what disciplines but the company is very best in discipline.kindly don't hire this type people. That person think I don't know that language but can I understand.very worst behaviour.
We have purchased the apartment in Godrej properties, the CRM relations manager Ms. Aradhana is very rude and arrogant; she is not meant to be in that place as customer relations manager. She has no patience to listen to the customers. Very bad experience.
Godrej Properties regional office situated in this building 10th floor. Cubbon park metro is the nearest metro station. The office timing is 09AM to 06PM.
You need to report to the security desk at the 10th floor for any enquiry. If you have a prior appointment you can mention the Security desk.
This is a listed entry and having a Brand Name of Godrej gives a feel of trust. So no need to mention anything.
The after sales service is pathetic least said. Receipts for payments made come as a simple piece of paper with no tax deductions shown. They could be better trained and "end to end" service is demonstrated and tested before they come in face to face with customers.
Donot but Godrej properties ever ever. Zero star. I am sharing this post staying with Godrej eternity at kanakapura bangalore. Though the proce is way less from tier A builders but quality is worst. Huge Seepage in entire project. Water management issue. Civil work issue almost every where. Society and Godrej keeps clasing all time. I wish I cloud have shared the seepage and other issues picture here. Dnt waste ur money buying Godrej properties.
90% of my loan amout disbursed and builder not allowing me for physical tour of the flat with silly excuses like lift not available, staff not present etc, i being not localate in Banglore made several requests for the visit but was not successful.
I am adding my review only about this place. I see most of The reviews are about certain projects The builder has done. The office is located in 10th floor with majestic view of Cubbon Park and Vidhana Soudha. The building belongs to Prestige and is in prime location in close proximity to MG Road and walkable distance from Cubbon Park Metro Station. Only concern is this building doesnt have parking facilities for visitors.
My friend had bought a flat recently at Godrej Eternity, the marketing team told him that there is BWSSB water connection and residents are already using it.after he bought the flat and enquired with existing residents, got to know that it was a plain lie, they are dependent on tanker water with TDS levels as high as 500 sometimes. Moreover, amenities are too small for 900 residents to use.imagine having one badminton court for 900 families! And they advertise with Saina Nehwal's name on their brochure! Moreoever they delayed possession to existing customers by a year
Project: Godrej Eternity Builder sells lies and lies, even after complaining their marketing team keeps lying that there's BWSSB water supply while reality is entire area doesn't even have BWSSB pipeline.

These people are good at construction.no doubt. But aren't any customer-friendly. They keep telling you that this percentage of construction is over and done. But never bother to let us see the actual work done nor send you photos which is very unprofessional. Mind it! You will have to pay as per their demands and cannot have a say in this. The club house isnt very satisfactory in godrej eternity property, specially the pool. Rest of the facilities are okok. I am afraid the club house might get clumsy as people start occupying the place.
Overall an okok property. I am happy with their construction but not their professionalism.
1. They mischievously used L&T name as their construction partner at the time of sale. But later worked with some local builder. 2. They are not letting the formation of society association. Reason- To avoid maintenance fees (in crores) of ~ 50 flats owned by them. Now residents have to bear the cost and also pay additional 18% amount towards the GST.
Gives me nightmares just with the name. I have moved into my home after a delay of 1 year (not due to COVID for sure) Sales team is busy lying, hence, everything they promise do ask where's it written in your agreement.
Now most of the promises amenities are not functional, but they started charging maintenance from our account, not willing to provide a breakup, no dates given for other amenities to be delivered as well.
Club house is too small for 889 residents, swimming pool too can't even accommodate 30 people at a time.
Godrej is really unprofessional in terms of the communication, Never trust the sale and Relationship Manager of Godrej, They never have the right information,
I was not the very demanding customer, All I wanted is trust and transparency, every now and then they will say that you will get the house in 3 months, but you have no idea when that 3 months becomes 1.5Years, After completion of 1.5Years, then there are natural calamities like COVID, which is not anyones fault but paying the rent and house EMI makes your life worse
Godrej don't believe in working proactively, they will take their own sweet time and process to complete the work, It makes more sense to buy house from local builders or for builders like Shobha, Brigade and Prestige, because most of my friends bought the house later and started staying, I m still paying the rent and EMI and not know when I will get the house.
This review is in regards to Godrej Eternity Project in Bangalore. I have bought the flat here in August 2018. I am writing it here as no one is bothered to fix the issues: -
Horrible Customer Experience. Bought the flat here. Sales representative Bhaskar, his senior, Teerth are biggest liers. Since the time I have done booking, they are doing false promises.
No clarity on handover date. Sales guy mention June 2019, flats will be handover to flat owners
But operations team mentions that handover cannot done before October, after I bought flat.
Entire team is clueless.
Edit: - In November month 2019, Godrej team arranged a meeting with the customer in which they were just speaking in the thin air. Even the Project Head Mr. To** is clueless.
First they kept us uninformed with when OC would be granted and now they are again delaying the possession with giving an excuse that they are waiting for E-khata to come from government office.
From my circle, I know that Khata transfer happens post Registration, but we haven't done any Registration yet.
Are they lying? Is there any other issues with Construction? Are things not upto the mark?
With that, in the So called customer meeting, they mentioned that they will get BESCOM to come and connect the Electricity connection within 40 days after the OC received. OC received on around 20 December
AND YET after 60 days they mentioned that BESCOM work has not yet even started.
And on top of that, their Customer care senior Mr. Rajiv calls and ask to remove the review (names of their employees from the review) from Google.
