Food was not good and they don't have a good survice and charge more than like a 5 star hostel Not at all hygienic and food was word Fish fry and Chicken biriyani price was really shocking Don't go for this restaurant disappointed one
We visited god's own cafe for an Onam sadya. It was a wholesome and delicious meal. It had pretty much everything that an onam sadya is supposed to have. Except pachadi Mrs. Priya, is a gracious, friendly hostess. She does come by every table to enquire if we like the food and if would like second or.third helpings. We were so focussed on the sadya! Didn't really notice anything else. It was apparently their home now a homely eatery. Mrs. Priya has a very supportive husband Mr. Rajagopal who helps her in ensuring all guests are well taken care of. I intend going there again to try out their other Kerala delicacies both veg and non veg. They are open for lunch and dinner only. Monday holiday.
While you may have to wait for sometime to get a place to sit (on the ground floor) and to get served (the service is slow- have to say that), the food out here is quite good. My friends and i visited this place for lunch and we had the fish curry meals (worth it) along with a praws roast, beef roast and anchovy fry.i should mention that the fish here is fresh and tasty. Overall i would definitely visit this place again for the food. Worth it.
Hey Folks, God’s own cafe is one of the bests in town. I’m from Kannur, Kerala and most of the days I crave for my home food. Whenever I’m lazy to cook my own food, I just run during the lunch hours to my favourite place and that is - God’s Own Cafe. What I love about this place is: - Best food (Fish Curry especially) - Extremely welcoming service and now I feel like I belong to one among them like a family - Great & Calm atmosphere - They are flexible to customise the choices according to our wish
We visited God's own cafe at Koramangala in April 2023. It was an unplanned visit and we were just walking by and we noticed the place. The restaurant has a very homely atmosphere and it's run in a similar fashion. We were told the available items and were also helped with suggestions to order our food. We tried fish curry meals, chicken stew, appam and beef roast. Every dish was great and the food was very homely, not overly spicy or oily. The beef roast was very well cooked. They served each person a portion of buttermilk and payasam too.
For the lack of words to describe my experience today, One of the best sadhyas I have had in the recent past. Every single item on the ela was perfect. Loved the arrangements made too, felt like I am in Kerala, uncle and aunty were so sweet and kind. I would go back just to meet them, so glad I chose to go there today. Thank you uncle and aunty for making my vishu feel at home
The whole setup of the restaurant is great. Serves typical Kerala sea food and meals. Had fish meals for ₹150. Food doesn't fill your tummy. You may order additional starters and stuff.
Looks like all are fake reviews? Unhygienic and congested, no one will bother if we came to have lunch or window shopping, just wasted 50rs for parking the car
Had lunch- Kerala meals with fish and beef fry. The food is delicious and the service is extremely good. The people are very friendly and it is like having food in your own dining room.
Super cozy clean value for money yum authentic home cooked Mallu place
The food here has always been yum and so fresh
Be it their veg/chicken or fish meals woth red rice or normal The chicken/ prawn ghee roast Appam abd veg/ chicken stew Puttu and Kadala / meen curry Fish fry A serving of Buttermilk as a welcome drink and Payasam of the day to end your meal on a sweet note are on the house
Service with a smile however packed they are Cooking with the heart The owner (the head chef) Priya is always smiling and accommodating how ever crazy it may be Her Husband Rajgopal is very friendly person always checking if the diners have got their order
Thank you so much to them and the entire team we always leave super happy and over full tummys
Not many options in food variety. Too much waiting time. Not worth the money spent. Ordered fish fry. They told it's seer fish, but it did not look like it was so. It cost 300. Vegetables are good. Not good for non vegetarians and sea food lovers. Even a veg meal is so costly compared to other Kerala restaurants.
One of the best appams I have had in this city! Limited menu but really good preparations. Ordered chicken stew, chicken roast and prawns roast. Authentic flavours and value for money. They also have half plate concept so you can try multiple dishes like we did. Only thing is wait time for the food to arrive is a lot so its suggested that whatever you want to order, do it all at one go.
