Last time my order is not delivered as per time line after discussing with goingnuts customer i came to know it was stuck in the delivery, suppose if i am not called to discuss no one knows where it went. My question is who is the responsible for the item is delivered to client/ customer? Can you answer?

I have ordered Fig regular one but received mixed of small and regular sizes. This is completely forgery and day by day quality of service is not good. You can see photo attached.

I placed an order on 16 Aug, the order id is 95432. It's been 3 days and there is no update whatsoever. Sent email but no reply, called customer care but no one picked the call. Pathetic service. There is no order tracking system as well. Never ordering from them again.

Ordered multiple times and each time received excellent high quality dry fruits and nuts at very reasonable prices and delivery time was exceptional (1 day) without any delivery charges. I would recommend goingnuts to every family who want to stay healthy.

Excellent taste, quality, price and speed of delivery, but bad delivery: once he delivered to a neighboring apartment and marked as delivered. When I called him up he insisted he delivered it correctly. Later he came back and admitted he delivered it to the wrong apartment.

Next time, he insisted on leaving it at the gate instead of coming upstairs.

He never has change. Even if I give him change, he argues about accepting cash every time coming up with one excuse after despite their own web site offering cash on delivery.

Products are really good with reasonable price. Delivery is fast.
My kids were not drinking milk now i give dates syrup with milk they like to drink.

Sometimes the dates syrup bottle leaking and dates could have been better quality as it is getting dried very soon and size is too small shows as low quality.
