Basic low rise apartment with single small lift in every block and basis gym no swimming pool and walk area

It is an old society and the houses won't look good no matter how much you clean them as they are so old. Helper staff are friendly. Location is good, all amenities nearby. Beware of the greedy owners asking for 10 months advance. I was asked 25 K rent + 5 k maintenance and 10 months advance for a 2 bhk. I found a 3 bhk for 18 k just opposite side of the road with only 3 months advance. They should lower the rent due to this covid situation where salaries have taken a hit, but guess all house owners are partners in crime.

Located in a strategic location - Malls, restaurants, major hospitals at a walking distance. Bus stop is right in front of the apartment. Less than 300 meters from the outer ring road/ proposed metro route. Very nice society to live with. Offers a gym, party hall, children play area, security and facility management services. Overall very efficient and mature society.

Golden corner apartment are good.the apartments are spacious.there is a park area and parking lots for each flat.its all over a good apartments

Budget apartment, efficient owner's association. 24hrs water, security, DG back up. In the centre of city's IT and school hub.

This apartment is good for a middle class family.
Waste management is effective.
Cleaning is okey.
Security services are good.
Pollution (dust) is high in this area.
Bus stop and shops are near with this. It helped me a lot.

Old apartment. Inside Flats doesn't have good ventilation. Rent is always over priced due to location.
