The place is good with railway station around, metro around, hotel around, Shopping mall around, markets around, can say it's in a prime location!

The ambience is too good, as u have cool breeze around, it's a fantastic place to go around!

Most of the apartments have a single entry, but they have two, which is excellent!

Overall it's a good place!

Nice apartments with all modern amenities and close to Rail station, Shopping Centres and hospitals and metro station.

It's very prime location. But front entrance not allowed to enter. We need to go to back entrance. There is no direction board in that side.

Very good ambience. A long way to cross the apartments. Vast area with beautiful nagadevi temple &, other areas for walking, play area for children etc. Security staff are very polite, checks temperature, sanitizer etc.i had a very good opportunity to perform in this beautiful nagadevi temple for 2021, dasara on October 10th Sunday. I thank Mr. Bangalore Ramdas Ramanath, a well known mridangist, who has arranged this wonderful programme with good limited knowledgeable audience, followed by a wonderful special lunch from Isckon temple for all guests.

Great surroundings. The interiors might give off a corporate/ government office building vibe because of the vast cluster of apartments.

Good place, have swimming pool, gym, function hall etc but gym need maintenance - rest all is good, since located near a Metro station & yeswantpura railway station.

Living here now, has been good experience till date. Security people are very friendly and nice. Starting to love it

It's a nice place good atmosphere to live walkable distance for shopping, marketing banking & travelling also even its easy to guide for our relatives, frnds who wants to visit to d appt & it's located in a center place.

Good place to live. They have walking paths.gym and swimming pool also.
They have also a cricket ground.
Strairs are comfortable and lifts is also available.

One of the best apartments with security and all amenities. Even the pani puri guy also comes in every Thursday and Saturday.

I happened to visit this appartment when I booked a Uber pool cab.the co passengers were idiots and made me wait for ten minutes or more since the apartment lift was out of order.
I don't know much about this appartment.
Please make sure when you book a cab you reachable on time. Taking care of all these hurdles

There is also a very old well maintained temple and all.

PVR cinemas is right next door in sapphire mall.
Buses, rickshaws and Ubers are easily available.
Yeshwantpur RMC yard is also very near.
Orion mall, Iskcon, metro cash and carry and Columbia Asia hospital as all very near. Taj Vivanta and ring road and fly over are all very near.

In my two years tenure here at golden grand, I haven't found a single thing to complaint about. The maintenance is exceptionally good here. I have remarked to my friends how the floors of the corridors are cleaner than my own house. The garden is maintained beautifully. The staff are courteous. Whenever I have had an issue they have sorted it within half an hour. Another thing that is great about this apartment is location! Everything is close by - hospitals, fedex, malls, movie theaters, petrol pumps, banks (sbi, icici, union bank etc which are right across), bus stands, train station and metro station. Almost everything is at walking distance.

This apartment is very popular around yashwanthpure, rajajinagar, gorgunte palya, mahalakshmi leyout, peenya, milk colony, and jalahalli also, just because of it's land markable building structure, well maintained garden aria and best security,

Golden Grand Apartments is a nice gated society very near to Orion mall. The society is well equipped with parks, playing areas and is very well maintained.
