We have booked and cancelled the villa and we are struggling from past six months to get back our booking amount. There CRM is very irresponsible even they will not answer our calls.

Global developers Golden Pearl Villas is a good project i have come across.
Recently i had a meeting with the Managing Director and he is very humble person. The best part of the team Global Developers is their on time response and assistance.

Good location wise and it is a great investment. Looking forward for super groove. Staff is very humble.

As a family, we were searching for a property to build our new home, but most of the property and their offers were not satisfying our requirements.

Randomly, while going home after seeing a property. A hoarding, named GOLDEN PEARL VILLA, Global developers which definitely got our attention and we thought why not give it a try and check the property.

After looking the Global Developers property, with lush green trees and gardens, wide road, very private space to live peacefully and security system, etc. We decided then and there, to book a villa in this amazing property. We are very happy.

Very grateful to Global developers for helping us with all the procedures. Also, to mention about the staffs, who are very kind and generous as well helped whenever we need their support.

Our home is on progress, moulding work is going on. Waiting for our house to get completed. 100% satisfied.

I have bought villa here and just taken the handover this week. The construction quality has been good. MD Sir has been very transparent with me with in all the matters and has personally helped me with documents for my loan transfer

I booked my villa in golden pearl phase 2 and I am having a good experience so far with Global Developers. They are very professional and provide excellent service. The project plan looks very luxurious and the quality is upto the mark. If the plan gets translated into the actual project, this would be a very premium one. I am very optimistic and confident on global developers given that I have experience with many other builders who never fulfilled their promises.

Very nice floor plans with bigger dimension rooms in Singapore theme villas and sales executive is well mannered and I have never seen this kind of amenities any where in that location as I have seen almost all villa projects in that area

Very fraud builder. We are paying commercial electricity bill though we are residing in residential society. Construction quality is not upto the mark.
They hand over my house after 4 years.they make excuse of corona for delay.even before the lockdown started.when i told builder that i will take legal action then he threatened me that he will not deliver the house till the case is in the court.

Please do not trust the builder. He is the king of false promise.

If you already book the villa.be intelligent and cancel your booking ASAP

Just visited this Singapore villas the design is very beautiful and worth is what me and my family feels and sales person is very educated and have patience to clear all questions asked by us

Completely fake sad and arrogant behavior of Mr Raghu he misguided us with the completion date and now playing foul and looting us more by seeking and forcing us to pay advance even after paying the installments promptly.when we denied, he made some local gunda call and abuse my husband and decharactized him. When we approached the police, they bribed them to get against us.this is a total scam company with no relevant background and cheap drunk managers at site.

Overall society is too good. Worth to buy. The only thing which disappointed me is the internal design of the villa. Not good. A few vast settings are also not good. Rest society road and community is really great.
