I have seen worst service in the restaurant. The waiter are very arrogant and they treat like we came to their restaurant for free food. In addition to this they charge service tax also.

Food was good. Ambience even better. They gave a setup of a beautiful candle light dinner. The biryani was awesome even the chicken starter.

The service is utterly disappointing. Please don’t get into the place seeing the menu that’s available in the photo section as its the old one. The prices have increased and they don’t have customisation for any Chinese dish.

We ordered noodles kati roll and pepper fry! Food was average. Ambiance was average, music could’ve been better. This restaurant is not at all my type! I felt the restaurant is not customer centric. Throw food n go! Specially waiters I got that attitude where I would not prefer visiting this restaurant again. I tried to correct my order within few seconds of telling he was rude enough to say it’s already placed. He didn’t even try to make a change or anything. I prefer a place, specially us ladies alone go to be respectful Atleast

The food was tasty and good but the service was little late we were 11 ppl they kept only 2 water bottle when we asked for normal water. A little late service

Legendary butter chicken, the most awesome dal makhani, fabulous tandoori prawns, chicken lababdar, fabulous cheese garlic naan and the most perfect mutton roghan josh ever! My go to place, so consistent with their quality, and they hit it out of the park each and every single time. I absolutely love their rolls too, a total classic! Great portions, outstandingly beautiful ambience, it's just my absolute favorite! 100000/100

Food was just OK. Not tasty. Service is good. Ambience is also very good. Taste of food can be improved. Since it was our first visit, we asked them the best subji in the restaurant and accordingly ordered, but taste was just OK. NOT WORTH FOR THE MONEY YOU SPEND.

This has been one of the go-to restaurants in this part of Bengaluru. Perfect ambience, delicious food, adequate quantity, almost everything listed on the menu is available, courteous staff. All these qualities have not changed since 12-15 years I had visited.

We ordered paneer sheek kabab and that alone was good. Naan was thick and hard, veg biryani is bland.

Utterly frustrated. Foods were rubbish. Could not eat any of these. And most importantly, what for do they take so much service charge! !
Only good thing is the ambiance.

Golconda is one of the nice place in kundanhalli gate area. Usually the place is not very crowded. The service is good. Quality of food specially kalmi kabab is the best. Can try lassi as well. Other items are good if not great. But considering the locality, goldconda as a whole package is good.

The food was bad last time I went there. There was a rat running around the restaurant. I will not go here again

Worst experience.tandoor was semi cooked, with full of blood inside.
Ordered for egg Biriyani.but it was served with chicken piece.so worst for eggetarian.
And top off that the person who took the order was very rude.

Rodents were tasting leftover food on a table. This is really a big turnoff on an otherwise good ambient place. Somehow the cleaning staff are unable to maintain the place with hygiene. I wouldn't trust food here with good hygiene even though the taste maybe ok. And to top it off, the staff were rude and there was no accountability on the staff and they were justifying the rodent problem by blaming open space.

Looking at the place went it in with high expectations. But not that effective. Food took almost 25min to come on to table after ordering. Only two persons are available for more 12 tables, among which one is only front desk, who takes order and gives bill. Only one person is serving and he is only cleaning and arranging tables also, not at all a good practice.
There is a huge place, but management is not at all appreciated.
Coming to food I ordered very basic stuff which is garlic naan with chicken tikka masala and chicken pulav, which are normal for a mughlai style. Naan and tikka masala is very good. But pulav is very bad not so much flavour very very very oily.
I may not return again.

Restaurant ambience is good, food taste is ok but staff/waiter attitude is bad and rats on table. When told waiter that there was rat on next table.he tried to cover up saying its squiral. Waiter gives dam about service to you.

I have gone to this restaurant few times and I still remember all those get together events and excellent food & service.

The place looks really good from outside but it is not worth it. The food is extremely overpriced for a very less quantity plus they won't even remove the service charge irrespective of the government rule. The staff is rude and the service is very slow. Food taste is also pathetic

Worst experience ever! They have made their own special rule not to accept more than 1 card for payment or a combination of card and cash which they could not even justify and did not mention it at the beginning. Useless staff, no ettiquetes rude behavior. Food quality also has degraded to the extreme. Never going to visit again.

Food is very good but no bar now a days. It used to be some time back but now it's not there. Otherwise food is excellent.

Nice ambiance and good food. I went there with my family. Nice and cosy place. The only have service charge, which was a bummer as we were sitting in the non AC part of the restaurant. No parking available as well.

Rats on the food table. Rats tasted the food on the table. This is careless. Restaurant looks hygienic, but it really isn't after we witnessed the rat show!

Phenomenal ambience, Guys who like candle light dinner can try at Ground, for those who need lights can try upstairs. We ordered Crab soup, mutton seekh and lemon chicken. Taste wise its superb.quantity wise may not. What I didn't like with them was the service charge which was 10% and the service was pathetic. We do have to wait for the waiter.

Visited a week back, quite old restaurant. Food quality was good, except the hot and sour soup. Service to be much improved specially on busy days.
