Based on my personal experience, if you are looking for car service or any kind of repairs with lower cost and quality of service then I strongly recommend Gomechanic.

I borrowed a car from my family friend and unfortunately, a scratch and minor dent was done by the bus driver while driving on the ghat road. Once I returned back to Bengaluru I took the quotation from couple Maruthi Service centre and they equally quoted 10k.

I thought to give a try from Gomechanic and registered my details. In few mins, I received a call from support team and based my given details I’m told that I will get a call from nearest service centre i.e Gomechanic-Throttle near Rampura road.

Mohit from service centre guided me the location sharing. Since I was in the way towards that road I took the car to the service centre. Al Thamaz from service centre inspected the car and given the exact cost. Unbelievable, the cost came down to 50%. After checking with friend, he was fine to give the Gomechanic.

The car scratch’s and dent are removed on the front bumper and left fender, 100% paint got matched and they drop off the car to my friends place.

Finally, I’m happy with Gomechanic team. They are very professional with great quality of work.

I have booked appointment thru go mechanic app. My advisor shared me 4 garage as per my location & I choosed this throtle car care. I have taken comprehensive service plan. I got good offer & satisfied with work.

The service engineer had a good amount of knowledge about the car but the co-ordinator of gomechanic doesn't support the mediator job correctly and that makes the co ordination so hard that we will feel left out. No issue on Throttle car care services.

Don't trust GO mechanic. They say one price and you end up paying something else. Even if you complain they don't care to resolve the complain insted they close the complaint without resolution.

I sent my car to Throttle Car Care for Body work. To Summarise, the overall experience has been fantabulous. They are very professional in terms of work and their commitment is very sharp. They always kept me in loop throughout the work and sent me regular pics of improvement.

Once the Car came home, I was delighted by seeing the overall great quality of work.

I would recommend Throttle Car Care considering their professionalism and the quality of work.

My review is specifically for the Throttle workshop team and not for GoMechanic. Reason is, GoMechanic has identified a Service Manager for me and that guy had no clue or even care to call me for updates and I have to call him with hardly responses.

My car was stopped in road suddenly and I was in hurry to reach my location luckyly i got this throttl workshop on that way, they respond immediately and solved my vehicle issue and handle my vehicle in very professional way, it was a amazing experience.

Product cost is too high, And service is not upto mark. The worst service I have seen in recent days. They suggest to change all the item to make bill get increase so that they will get benefitted.

Amazing staff, Owner is very nice and total value for money experience. Will definitely visit again and also recommend to others.

These people are really awesome and well trained.
I am holding an 8 years old Alto, feeling like driving a new car after service is completed from this car service center.

Gave my ford ikon car refferal by GOMECHANIC, Bonet lid, fuel value, wiper, electrical parts all damaged, no response till date its owner altamese gave fake promises still didn't turn up on his promise fixing the damages, just think how safe ur car is? All sensible parts may be looted.if u go experience urself.

Nice work done by them, they diagnosed the vehicle completaly. Even Hyundai showroom guys didn't found the fault.

I have given my car for standard service with additional issue to be addressed. Booked appointment for 2 pm pickup, person collected it at around 4.30 pm. By 8 pm handed over car.
1. I find few additional scratches on my car. Mentioned issue not even looked into & I ended up paying around 1800 for fixing it which could have been done by replacing it within 1000 rs.

@Go mechanic thank you soo much for my first experience and such a worst service/experience ever seen my life. I never recemend go mechanic it's a fraud company. I did my standerd, clutch set replacement, hose, rear wheel bearings service.the service people are all un educated/un professional. I was pre-planned my long journey today and it got cancelled.it's about just 25 kms from Bangalore (Hoskote toll gate). The left back tyre and bearings came outside because of their negligence and worst service. Car back bumper was broken. Luckily by God grace nothing was happen to me and my wife and she's carrying a 9 month pregnancy.guys, kindly go through this review before taking/ordering a service from go mechanic. There is no guarantee for your life post services
@ Go mechanic I think no need to send a mail for info/complaints about your service. I'll file a consumer complaint directly to the court against your services.

"Go mechanic is big Fraud company. " Very very very very worst service. Don't trust go mechanic for car service. Never ever go in gomechanic. Go mechanic is biggest fraudsters in the market.
They will damage your car. Don't give your car service to go mechanic. After giving service to my car here power window not working. They will not do any proper test and verification. Without fixing the issue they will deliver car and they said issue were resolved. Road side mechanic is far better compare to go mechanic service. From past 6 years I didn't get any issues after giving service to road side mechanic. Only issue came after giving service to go mechanic. THEY WILL JUST SAY SORRY IF WE SHOW ISSUES. THEY WILL MAKE FOOL OF THE CUSTOMER

Have been their customer from past 2 years and it's been a great experience so far. I always have a peace of mind regarding my cars and I never had to worry about the car's health until I have these guys. Top notch quality & trustworthy service.

Please don’t give them for service what ever complaint we are telling but finally they will tell your suspension needs to change.painting quality is really bad no finishing car spa also really bad given the car without doing the spa but deducted the charges also. Bad experience with GoMechanic also, I have membership but they have not considered in the bill customer care people also not giving proper information

Service is Very Good and Mohammed Altamesh is good profession in handling service and customers. Strongly recomend these guys to others.

They serviced my car. Trust me in 8 years this has been my best experience.they know their Job so well and take attention to details. I was asked a lot of repairs by last two service centers but Mr. Maruf and Mr. Althamash the proprietors here did a detailed check and advised me to only go for needed repairs.more over they are very reasonable in pricing and made sure I get all the details I need.it's been a two weeks since service and my car feels like new. Try this place for you car service needs they do all type of cars both high end and mid range.

Totally Unprofessional work being done at this place.
1. Would not deliver the vehicle on time.
2. Ground level workers are totally not trained in doing the job. They damage the parts of the vehicle in infront of you and claim its not their mistake and would make you pay for it at the end.

At one point I felt the workers are not even Indian!

Recently had very bad experience at this place
