GoodLands Luxury PG for Gents in Tavarakere BTM Layout ( Near Christ University)

Best pg I ever found. Good food. Most of the time north food is provided. More secure. Daily basis cleanings.

Good rent was normal like other pgs talking about food you'll definitely get bored after few months until and unless you are a vegetarian

I had a worst experience with the PG Owner Narayan Reddy sir.

I don't have words to explain. For IT employees I will NOT suggest this PG.

Wi-Fi will be unstable

Food will be un-stable, Cooks will be keep on changing. { Mostly there will be clash between Mr Narayan Reddy & cooks }

For my splendor plus bike parked in their PG for few months they are asking 20 K, Actually my date of vacating they are not having a record, How I can remember my vacating date?

So finally I don't want the bike { TN 74 L 6179 }, Let be there only, I am not responsible for it.

Hygenic food, spacious rooms, After renovation looks like a luxury hotel. Management is highly appreciated. Pg Owner MR. UDAY REDDY is very friendly and chill. Good Owner and good PG.

For 5-6 months of my splendor plus bike parked in PG, Mr Narayan Reddy asking 20,000 Rs.

But my bike current value around 8 - 8.5 k.

One the best PGs in Koramangala, I've been staying here since 5 years. This PG has the biggest rooms and a beautiful rooftop dining

The best PG in koramangala, rooms are spacious, The entertainment facilities are so amazing. The food is just so tasty for north Indians. Best for students

I work at wipro which is far from here but I stay here because I like to be in spacious rooms. The dining hall is big and I like to eat there. I don't ever feel like changing this PG. Hope they don't increase the prices. It's very affordable. Even my brother who's studying in Christ university stay with me. Will refer to all my friends.

I'm staying more then 4years in this pg initially I haven't face any problem I feel much comfortable in this pg but now I can't say I'm not getting peaceful sleep everyday because of bed bugs manager shivaram sprayd lot of time but not yet raduced and food quality has reduced comper to initial stage

Very good pg, they clean the rooms daily, decent food, cameras are put up everywhere so security also is good & place for parking two wheelers is also there.

They dont change the menu and the same food is been provided from 3-4 years they do have power backup but they dont provide it even after requsting them during summer power cut

First few weeks are the hardest, as faced the worst case scenario of bed bugs. Could use more good cooks as the food served gets depressing as time passes by.

Bedbucks are in all rooms its disturb daily sleep.people smoke inside room.only one operational washing machine.
