Visited couple of Pg. Compare to that Pg goodlands Pg gave Decent facility. Also they try to solve all the complaints faced by customers. Cleaning 4/5 food 3/5. Special credits to Siva to maintain the Pg very well.

Stayed here for 3 months.
Water supply is good.room and washroom cleaning in every 2 days.food is really good.sometimes power cut is an issue but allover in that locality, this is the best PG you would find in reasonable rate

Good pg for boys at walking distance from NoBroker and Wipro office.
With all amenities like tv, hot water, wifi etc.

Only potato and water with few peices of paneer in paneer curry. If you ask they why its like that your are going to get very rough answers. Its once in a week item in menu and its also not good.

Spacious rooms, good road side view balcony, hygiene and ok ok food, underground parking.

Very unprofessional. The cook and servents don't work and they talk very rudely. Not a worth place to live for people of diginity.

Too high rent and no service.
Room and bathroom cleaning once in two months.
Food only available for one hour most of the time you will get empty utensils.
WiFi works for few days in a month. Some time they recharge it skipping one month.

One of the best men's PG in the area. Room's are quite big with a beautiful balcony. No Lift.
Tip: Try to get the rooms of 4th floor towards the south side.

Only room size is unexpectedly big. Other things like cleanliness, food z adjustable, washing machine repair etc.way below expectations. Obviously if not maintained properly they can't demand high rent. So. Rent is reasonable.
Coming to food this was also good, not sure if same cook r still there. I can remember tuesday morning breakfast poori with matar.it was really good.
So basically problem with this pg is its maintainance.
Benefits: spacious room, rent, food
Limitations: bed bugs, rat breed, corridor stink, no repairing room assets n washing machine (some time the whole pg 60-70 ppl have to rely upon single washing machine), owner behaviour (even if he z Telugu, he never spares Telugu ppl also).
