So called Illiterate doctor's - after keeping patients for almost a week they say the patient needs to be shifted to multi-speciality hospital - even in that case why did they keep the patient in MICU for a week and they charged 2lakh+ hospital bill?

MICU they charge 12500 per day wherein they don't even have a fan there!

The blood test expenditure was borne by the patient but still the have claimed as part of Insurance - though the hospital has not incurred any expenditure they have claimed it as if they have incurred that expenditure.

This insident was reported to Dr Bharath - but he says he is not into these things and washed of his hands.

This private hospital is nothing but Garbage and Govt hospitals are better than this hospital!

The best service was provided to my elderly mother, the MD of the hospital is a GEM and his brother the neurologist, my mother had a hernia that led to sepsis and also was suffering from multy organ failure due to sepsis, the doctors explained everything very well, and mentaly prepared me for the best and the worst case, but thanks to the efforts of the doctor's and the stuff she recovered quickly, the physiotherapist was the best she helped my mother get back to her feet and today she is able to look after her self and move around the house, this hospital is very affordable and services is excellent.

My 5 years daughter fell down from sofa and we went to hospital, we asked duty Dr to take x-ray and consultant ortho. But he was acting like ortho, and after taking x ray, he sent to Ortho Dr. Idress Akmal through watsapp, he said it is normal, same message has been conveyed to us by duty doctor. We told him that child is unable to strech the hand, and swelling. He said ortho will be available after 2 days, pls come and consult. Same day evening child was complaining the pain and swelling. We went to Manipal around 11pm, and we consult ortho specialist, he said mild fracture, need to plaster. And finally he did it around 2am.

Moral: don't go Gopala Gowda unless if u don't find any specialists, simply charge the money. Also, we will not get proper treatment. If we waited 2 days, my child will suffer. Careless doctors. If ortho is not available that time around 6-7pm, they could suggest us to go to other hospital or ortho. But they need business after 2 days.

They are unnecessarily charging extra. One doctor from Jayadeva hospital referred to go to this hospital for covid care. After two days we understood that this Jayadeva doctor sends patients from Jayadeva to this hospital. And once we saw the bill we were sure that hospital is giving commission to that Jayadeva doctor by charging the patient more. Please avoid this hospital. Becoz of such doctors only public are angry and trash other doctors. Jayadeva hospital doctor is lady doctor.

Staff at hospital are very supportive and helpful they fill very positive Vibes! Dr. Santrupth, Dr. Raghunath, Dr. Bharath, Dr Lakshmikanth have treated me well to recover from disease has I was diabetic and BP patient. Staff Nurse Madappa, sarooja, kavya, supriya and Ashwini are outstanding and I am very satisfied with their services.

ಗೋಪಾಲಗೌಡ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ಮಗಳು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪಾಸಿಟಿವ್ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದು ಪಂಕಜ್ ರವರ ಮಾಗ೯ದಶ೯ನದಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಾಗಲೆಂದು ಕಂಗಾಲಾಗಿ ಕುಳಿತಿದ್ದಾಗ ನಮಗೆ ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ರಘುನಾಥ್ ಮತ್ತು ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಭರತ್ ಅವರ ಧೈರ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂತ್ವನದ ಮಾತುಗಳಿಂದ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ವಾರ್ಡಿಗೆ ಹೋದಾಗಲಂತೂ ಅಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಂತಹ ಸ್ಟಾಫ್ ನರ್ಸ್ ಗಳ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಮಾತು, ಆರೈಕೆ, ಶುಶ್ರೂಷೆಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಪುನಶ್ಚೇತನಗೊಂಡೆವು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಕಳೆದ 5 ದಿನ ನಮ್ಮ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದ ಏರಿಳಿತಗಳ ಅನುಭವ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಕುಗ್ಗಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಅಂತಹ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಗಲಿರುಳೆನ್ನದೆ ಸದಾ ನಮ್ಮ ಜತೆಗಿದ್ದ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಗಳು, ಎಲ್ಲದಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ನರ್ಸ್ ಗಳು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಕೊಂಡ ರೀತಿ ನಿಜವಾಗಲೂ ಶ್ಲಾಘನೀಯ. ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಸಂತೃಪ್ತ್ ರವರು ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ರೋಗಿಗಳ ವಾಡ್೯ಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನೂ ಮಾತನಾಡಿಸಿ ಸಾಂತ್ವಾನ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಅವರ ಕಾಳಜಿಗೆ ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ವಂದನೆಗಳು.

ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಹೆದರಿದ್ದ ನಾವು ನಾಳೆ ನಮಗೇ ಏನಾಗಬಹುದೋ ಎಂಬ ಆತಂಕದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೆವು. ಆದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣೆದುರೇ ಹಲವಾರು ರೋಗಿಗಳು ಹುಷಾರಾಗಿ ಮನೆಗೆ ತೆರಳುತ್ತಾ ಇರುವುದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಸಂತೋಷವಾಯಿತು.
ಈ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಾಳಜಿಭರಿತ ಸೇವೆಗಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ಮಗಳು ಸದಾ ಚಿರಋಣಿ.

I will be frequently visiting this hospital as it is near to my home. Hospital is ok, some nurses are good, other nurses doesn't coperate at all. If you take any appointment you have to to wait a long. That is one problem.

One of my family member suggested me this hospital.so opted this hospital. And got an appointment at 1.30. The reception people are really pathetic.they really dont knw how to speak to there patients.they just shout at all.they just don't knw how to handle ther patient, very bad experience. Will never suggest anyone to come here.

The way Doctors diagnose the approximate cause of a problem and prescribe suitable medicines is great. Doctors come on time and respond to the needs of the patients.

Worst. They take more time and make us wait for hours together, just for money. Just for a test to report there make to wait over a noon like 3-4 hours.

Worst experience. No propore response.no active staff.nurses are busy in chit chatting. No one is serious about the patients. No propore care. Will be charged for special ward.but providing normal room with no hot water, room is bit smelly, outer environment worst.

Named after socialist Shri shantaveri gopalagouda. I thought hospital fees also on socialist norms. But hospital fees are in commercial in nature, off course it Should be, but it should not be too much high. Some of the nurses are very arrogant they behave like MD doctors, Doctors are responsive. Receptionist should get admit the patient first then they should ask for fees which is good practice. I hope hospital authority will look into it.

I went to Gopal Gowda hospital for stroke (Dad). I must say we had very good experience with Dr. Shusrith (Stroke specialist). My dad was admitted for 5 days and we never felt we were at hospital due to friendly staff and environment. Before admitting to hospital my dad could not walk without support but within 5 days he started walking without any support.

I would like to appreciate Nurse Kavita and Soumya who took care of my dad in a very friendly and professional manner.
