Getting my son in GIS has been one if best decision. The school fosters a very inclusive environment. I can see a positive difference in my son's approach towards academic as well as personality progression.
Entire Middle school teaching staff at GIS is very helpful and knowledgeable. They have ensured a balanced approach towards the kids and bave enabled them to have cordial relations with teachers.
The overall management at GIS shares the same vision as their teaching staff and have ensured that the right level of support and facilities are provided for academic as well other extra-curricular activities.

Our kid has been studying since PG1- 2013. He is in std 7 right now. The major advantage of this school is the managemnt and the support of the teachiing and non- teaching staffs. We have always felt confident with the culture and support. Not once, in these so many years, we have felt otherwise. Gopalan mgmt is running this institution in the most transparent way possible. Their integrity is commendable. Never ever we have seen any surprise /hidden charges or taking parents for granted. We are hopeful that this institute should become one of the premier institutes in Bangalore. Our support and best wishes for them, always.

My son is in grade 5 in Gopalan International School (GIS). As parents we are really happy with the school.
Both curriculum and extra curricular activities are given importance.
The way they are inculcating discipline in our kids is very nice. Every small achievement of kid is appreciated. Kids try to give their best to get a small token of appreciation (star) and a healthy competition is maintained in kids for highest stars in their respective classes.

Special mention to 5D class teacher Richa maam and middle school coordinator Simmi mam. Both are giving their best to make parents- teacher communication n coordinator easy.
Recently GIS conducted sports day. It was a full day event. Whole event was very well organized and they made sure each n every kid participated in the event. Sports day was just not sports but with different forms of dance, yoga, drill which kept parents entertained throughout.
Overall we are very happy with the development of our kid.

Recently attended Sports day at GIS. Amazed to see the kids performance for the event. What a spectacular show by all performers. Organisers and teachers took utmost care of safety and security. Kudos to Sports Coaches in inculcating interest in kids and helping them achieve their dreams in sports

We were thrilled to attend the sports day event at Gopalan International School. There are were lot of group events like drill, yoga, dance etc, which gave a chance to all students to participate. There were numerous sports like race, short put, cricket, badminton, football, tug of war etc which provides ample opportunities to all students. The entire event was very well managed beginning with the drill to mark it's end with prize distribution.

The academics in middle school and the extra curricular activities are very good. The teachers and coordinators are very kind and explain all the topics properly. Even the sports instructors are kind and help the children improve in the particular sport.

My daughter went to this school right from UKG through 9th grade. She is now in high school. My son will get into Class 5 this year. Both my kids absolutely love the school and the staff. Their teachers are a great encouragement and and the academic program is simply great.

Our daughter (a student of Class 2) is with Gopalan International School for the last 4 years, and we are immensely satisfied with the school. The best school I can suggest to all the readers here! The curriculum is the perfect blend of academics, extra-curricular activities and personality development. Concept based learning makes it interesting too. Students have a very comfortable environment in this school as teacher's are very friendly.
The staff is very helpful and courteous. Meetings with respected Principal and Co-Ordinator's has always been fruitful and positive.
The classroom teaching and related assessments to measure student's knowledge is appreciated.
Other than studies they provide many activities in the school timings as well as after school hours which we can choose as per our requirement.

The SAARC expo organised by the students and teachers of middle school GIS was a cultural extravaganza. There was a convergence of cultures of the different SAARC countries on one platform through this expo. Students regaled the audience by performing various dance forms unique to each of the SAARC nations and had also beautified the classrooms with colourful, decorative stalls to exhibit the different elements of food, language, clothing, currency and history of each country. The event was a visual treat and a memorable experience for us.

On Jan 7th, 2023, our Middle School department organized SAARC Expo 2023 and the exhibits were fabulous. It was a great show. GIS management and the effort of the students and our team looked amazing. It was great to see all the students perform so well with a lot of confidence. They have shown an immense confidence level in their speaking skills and other cultural activities. We got ample opportunity to explore different SAARC Countries and all the students actively participate in model making, class decorations, and other activities.

The arrangements, presentations, and models were really good and also highly motivating for the kids. The exhibition was very informative and innovative. Kids were happy to see their work displayed. The best part was the coordination between teachers and students. Thank you so much, to our principal ma'am, coordinator maam, and the entire team to make this event a grand success. I am delighted to be a part of the GIS team under the guidance of our principal ma'am (Dr Sita Shankar) and Middle School coordinator (Ms. Simmi Nair).

We would like to appreciate the Nursery department, administrative staff, and support staff for the care and love they offer to our kids. Very friendly teachers and staff, and even the kids are encouraged by themselves to go back to school. The curriculum is equally balanced with learning, physical activities such as gymnastics, swimming, yoga, taekwondo, and other extracurricular activities.

Our special thanks to Prameela Ma’am for her leadership and coordination and Uma Ma’am for her teaching skills and child management. We really appreciate all the supports and encouragement they are giving to the kids. What is most special is that my daughter would like to share all occasions and moments with these two teachers which shows their attitude and approach to handling the kids.

1) Location: 3 and half Stars as it's little inside from the main road. Due to construction, took more time to reach.
2) Campus: Well designed and planned. You can feel that calm atmosphere while inside the campus. Yes, I am not denying that schools are not opened yet, so less foot falls & crowd but honestly speaking we have not got that positive feeling in any of the campus we have visited. So definitely a 5 Star.
3) Teaching & Non-Teaching Staff: Can't comment on the teaching staff as we have not interacted. Non-teaching staff are very cooperating and helpful. You can feel the warm welcome from the reception itself. Sapna Ma'am from Admission section is really good. Understood each and every concern of parents and addressed without any hesitation. 5 Star to you Ma'am.
4) Admission process: very clean, no hiding of information.
5) Fee Structure: reasonable considering the amount of facilities provided.

I as a delegate found Gopalan Model United Nations Conference 2019 to be a stimulating and fascinating experience that allowed me to express myself in ways normally restricted to students. It showed me that the words of the late great Benjamin "Ben "Franklin Parker are some of the truest ever written, "With Great Power comes Great Responsibility. "
I have been to 4 Model United Nations Conferences before this, and this was the second best one so far in terms of facilities, amenities and logistics. However in terms of sheer innovation the Gopalan Model United Nations Conference 2OI9 stood out by a mile. It was conducted by former delegates whose combined knowledge was a force to be reckoned with. They twisted the situation at hand against us in United Nations Security Council forcing us to apply our brainpower and cunning to stop the problem at hand from destroying us all.
I conclude that after Gopalan Model United Nations Conference 2019 I have been inspired to aspire to be a delegate at the real Security Council.

Gopalan International School is an amazing school. All staffs are helpful and the teachers are wonderful.

UPDATE: It was a chaos when this academic year began. Most of the teachers were newly recruited and had zero subject knowledge. They also had never handled young kids in ages 5 to 6. Coordinators and Operations department tried their best and the Principal stepped in to maintain order. NOW AFTER 3 months teachers have been trained and some of them have picked up on how to handle young kids and their respective subject. Still formative years of kids hold indispensable places in their growth and I sincerely hope GIS understands that a parent's trust is a very valuable asset. DESPITE THIS MY RATING REMAINS UNCHANGED. GIS still has a good Principal and the school management did step in to address the concerns and issues with regular feedback from parents.

OLDER REVIEW: My daughter has been with GIS for 2 years now and I am really glad with the approach teachers take towards students especially the preprimary kids. There is always extra attention and care. With the current online method, my only concerns will be the missing/reduced understanding between the student and the teacher due to no physical interaction. There is always a bonding created in the older way particularly for kids younger than 10 years. The teachers all do their best and much more than they are required to do so. I realized how tough it is to manage my kid these days and kudos to teachers who handle 20+ kids day in and out.

The Academic Year 2020-21 started with lot of uncertainty. It has been challenging not only for students and parents but a lot for teachers as well. Teachers had to go through online teaching, and we had to change a lot in our teaching methodology. GIS has been extremely helpful to the teachers in providing all the tools needed for the online teaching. In the pandemic, teachers could work from home. Many faculty development programs were organized to make our teaching more effective and engaging for Children. We had freedom to explore different teaching apps in the class to make our teaching more interactive.
Our, principal Sita ma’am guided us throughout the year and her motivating words kept us involved and encouraged. Coordinators, Ms. Sharmila and now Ms. Simmi has been extremely helpful with their guidance and timely help. All the teachers are very cooperative. This provides a great working environment.
At GIS we also get opportunity to explore our hidden talents and interest. We get to do lot of exciting activities with Children like virtual trips, DEAR activity with sunshine bookroom, Spell Buzz and Science innovations.
GIS offers a great opportunity for teachers and educationist to build their carrier. Professional environment is great, without compromising on work life balance. I had wonderful year working in GIS and looking forward to many more.

I am happy with the online teaching and teachers are creating a positive environment for the kids to learn classroom concepts and totally happy with the admission team for their support during the admissions.

The management and teachers are very good, smart and nurture students in the right direction. While academics remain their top priority, their skill of managing and involving students in others co-curricular activities remain wonderful.

Last year was not an easy year for everyone. Especially, when it comes to schools, both children and teachers faced a plenty of challenges in conducting classes. Remote way of learning was completely new norm for both of them. However, at GIS, teachers adopted to the new norm and also educated children to learn the new remote way learning. Each teacher ran extra miles to ensure that children are never comprised on academic classes due to the remote way of learning. My son thoroughly enjoyed the classes though we have moved him from ICSE to IGCSE with help of the extreme care from each teacher. My son made an immense improvement in each subject with help of the constant touch base from each teacher during the critical pandemic situation.

My Son studies in GIS - IGCSE and I am so pleased with how my son has progressed after. All the teachers Provide systematically scheduled, professionally  executed online classes where children can learn a lot. They make online classes more interactive and fun. My older daughter studied in this school and passed out in the year 2019. My second daughter is currently studying in 5th standard. I am very happy with the school. Teachers are good and they provide individual attention to kids. There is an overall development for the child and school gives lot of attention on overall development. They have really good sports coaches and amazing music teacher who spearheads the G minor music band and encourages kids to go beyond.
