Beautiful society and peaceful too. Enough space in the room. Behind the society campus there is beautiful forest.

Walls r seepage bubbling, they don't mind,
Floors they don't patched properly, vitrified tiles r separated.it's not a professional work?

Me and my wife went to see the 2 BHK flat for self-use.

We did see many other builders but did not find the suitable for us and did not match our requirements and preferences.

As soon as we entered we were greeted by Manager Ms. Sandya. She took us around the property and showed as all the facilities and all the available 2 BHK houses.
Lastly we saw the flat “C Block 306” and thought perfect match for us as it fit within our budget.

We were happy the way Ms. Sandya handled our questions and ensured that we get it for good offer.

We took a days time to take a call and decided to go ahead.

The next day we wanted to book the flat, but wanted to negotiate on the price. Mr. Harsh (GM) understood our requirement before meeting us and got us best discount.

They have well maintained amenities like Swimming pool, Badminton court (currently under renovation), kids play area, jogging/ walking track, Tennis court, Club house (around 500+ ppl can easily accommodate), Professional Gym and Indoor games like Billiards, Table Tennis, Carrom etc, 24/7 security and lot more things to consider.

This particular project is accessible to so many hospitals, schools, Global Village Tech Park, Metro Station, Bus Station and lot more. Very convenient and very well maintained project.

This is one of the best apartments in Bengaluru. Very Spacious, bright and best view from the flats. Ms. Sandya showed the available options and explained about the property and clarified all our queries with patience and facilitated throughout the process. The environment is serene. Nice place to live a peaceful life with in the city.

Gopalan Sanskriti, 2 and 3 bedroom residential complex at Mylasandra, 1km away from BGS Global hospital, 1.5km away from Global village
and 1.5Km away from RV collage good schools nearby Good locality. No traffic disturbance. Chandrakanth was very helpful in showing us all the amenities one could ask for, swimming pool, gymnasium, table tennis,
lawn tennis, children play area, and ample amount of open space, and the apartments are spacious and well maintained, he also helped us in booking a 2bhk apartment D401, I am extremely happy with the supporting staff.

Gopalan Sanskriti is one of the best flat to reside in Bengaluru. It's calm, has great view and very spacious with good amenities. We could hardly find such kind of apartment in Bengaluru. Project representatives and other staff are really helpful and guide for everything.

I want to share my experience with the property as one of best location to habitat. The flats are well ventilated, spacious, airy, 24 hrs power backup and no water problem. I am impressed by the multi purpose hall where we have a lot of social functions, well equipped gym, swimming pool, recycled water is used to keep the garden green. Excellent project to stay in.

Beware! There s a litigation going on currently with this property, I have been staying here from past 2 years but still the case is not solved. Our association is struggling to get it closed from Gopalan.would suggest better contact our association and den u move forward.buy the flat at your own risk.

Excellent Property. Good and Nice location with all good amenities. Multi purpose hall is very big to conduct functions. Sales Person Mr. Abhishek was very helpful in showing and explaining the property. Quality construction. Overall a value for money proposition.

The apartments are spacious and well maintained. Sandhya and jaishankar were very helpful in resolving all the queries and concerns. There are some issues which we would like the GS management to resolve as early as possible which is the only concern to hold back the 5th star.

Gopalan Sanskriti is a good project in Mylasandra - Off Mysore Road & Amazing place to reside. Park Side residences for senior citizen is a most welcome concept. All senior citizens must try out for these kinds of residences.

Good location for calm and peaceful living, surrounded with greenery, flats are spacious.
Their service is very professional, their sales team was very transparent in all aspects, price breakdown was in detail and no hidden/surprise charges.

Excellent project, very spaciously built for a small community with good amenities provided. Plus the garden space available with ground floor flats is a huge plus. Definitely recommend it to buyers looking to move in!

Calm and peaceful location. Wondered how there could be still unsold flats in a project with such great amenities. Kinda high priced for such remote location. Also there is an internal issue between villagers and this project regarding a temple. And there are summons from court regarding litigation (though it's internal issue within builder family).

Project is good one with nice facilities and a reputed builder involved. But most of the reviews written here are by the Builder's employees themselves. You can find it if you click on the profiles. And there are 2 major issues related to land with this project which is a mystery.

Gopalan Sanskriti, popularly known as 'GS' among the residents, is one of the finest apartments in town. Situated in Mylasandra, it's surrounded by nature's beauty. 10 minutes walk from the upcoming Metro station, it connects to the town with absolute ease. With all the amenities one could ask for, swimming pool, gymnasium, table tennis, lawn tennis & ample amount of open space for children to play and with a non stop power backed maintenance system & security. Been living here for 2 years & I truly believe we made the best choice.

Gopalan Enterprises, well known brand for quality construction of apartments. Recently I have bought a 3BHK flat in GS. This project is well maintained and modernized private apartment with class amenities like club house, indoor/outdoor badminton court, tennis court, swimming pool, recreational rooms.
