Cheapest pg in bgm ₹1000 per month for per bed. 24 hrs water, 24hrs electricity.
I stayed here for more than 3 years.
I recommend this for students. Silent and clean.
Owner behaviour depends on you.
According to me he is kind and nice if you respect him and pay rent on time.

Good place for youth stay. Near to all the place at centre of Belagavi. Limited facilities but everything is good as compared to other rooms. Owner is good but rent should be paid before 5th of every month.

Very superb, clean, calm, chiep total best rooms.filter water available. I was leave in this building 1 n half years.one problem owner is not talking kannada bt he can understandIng, he replies in Marathi
