Recently, our driver, Dhanraj, experienced a similar issue with overlapping molar teeth growth, leading to unbearable pain. Upon approaching Victoria Dental Hospital, while the initial date scheduled was 15 days post-diagnosis, our concerns were assuaged by the Director of the Hospital, Dr. Girish. A man of vision and compassion, Dr. Girish expedited the surgery to within the next two days. Interacting with him offered a glimpse into the service-oriented culture that permeates the ethos of Victoria Dental Hospital.

Hospital very good and clean and doctor well disciplined. Guy I'm reading some feedback here that people blaming on doctor please don't do this in this hospital doctors are very experienced and they doing their job well. And also one more yno need expect doctor should speak lot with us and be talking they're also humans not machine right so please respect them. They know what all treatment should one on which day so please stop giving bad feedback on doctors.

Lots and lots of waiting time. I spent 9am to 4pm whole day waiting in different queue. Processes are not efficient and outdated, good management completely absent.
Only good thing is cheap and good treatment compared to private hospitals.

Treatment which I have taken in Orthodontic department is the best treatment. It is very clean and hygiene like any other multi-speciality centres. Doctors are very friendly and experienced too. Dr. Sreya Shetty who treated me is very good, friendly and punctual. She treated me with atmost care. HOD is also very good.
Worst Hospital, for filling they give appointment for three months, for removing damaged teeth they give appointment for six months. Worst Hospital for dental and urology. Please avoid going this hospital.

Very Good Experience I was suffering with pain from past many years, visited hospitals in kolkata where they suggested me to go to GDC, I visited GDC OPD of OMFS where I got diagnosed with chronic submandibular sialadenitis and treatment planned by surgeon as sialoguoges supplements and antibiotic therapy as conservative management prior to surgery, Slight swelling reduced, later on planned for definitive surgery as excision of gland, presently I am keeping well with reduction of swelling and my previous symptoms Overall scores Ward hygiene 9/10 Ward Administration 9/10 Post Operative Management 10/10 OPD Review 10 /10 Surgery Review 10/10
Very bad experience. Doctors (students) don't do their work responsibly. Senior people won't listen to u, they will forward you to students.and the students don't understand the case properly. First waste ur whole day for a simple procedure and then come again because the procedure is not done properly and waste another day and that continues.
Govt Infrastructure is good. Doctors are very careless. They never keep timing. Mostly poor people just wait outside for hours. Sometime the patient record book is non tracable. If you have no work you can spend days waiting for small treatment. They treat the patients veey badly. Inspite govt. Spending lot of money for students and doctors it never reach common man.

If you are looking for budget friendly dental treatment then you should visit here. But when you are visiting here please be calm and be patient. Here consultation and treatment procedure will take more time because it's a government hospital and crowd will be more.
Visited here for getting my molar filled. Got it done in less than two hours.
Treatments are done M-F 9: 00 AM to 4: 00 PM. Consultation is available on Sundays. Patient card and registration cost ₹10 and is free of the patient is in BPL category. And the filling procedure was ₹80 which was performed by senior doctors.

Cheap and good but we should visit many times, and they ll say they ll send post, but the letter never reached us, I have given three times post card. If u r working person u need to take holiday often.so I feel it's better to get treatment near by, they won't treat immediately.
Sadly, I went with very high expectations for quality treatment. But, unforunately poor guidance towards pateint spending hours on a single tooth filling. The most irritating thing is the elaboration of the condition suffered by the patient is demonstrated to a bunch of students which takes a lot of time and eventually feels like a slog. VERY DISAPPOINTED
Treatment is not good, one trainee room no 4, filled my teeth cavity with in 30 min, pain start from next date, and he every body is blaming to another hospital for wrong treatment.
Hello folks, hospital is clean and tidy. Doctors are very good and doctor sumaya is damn good and humble. Consultation fees is cheap and they charge 25 bucks per X-ray. Here comes the negative point, they ask people to post card and wait to get the date for appointment, which might take more than a month. Results after my consultation was to get rct for 4 teeths and extraction for 2 teeths.they haven't given me any appointment. They simply asked me to post card and wait for the call. Went for tooth extraction, Got the initial check up done and was told to wait outside room 2 for extraction. I started waiting at 11 am. At 1: 30 pm they called my name and was told to get an X-ray. Which took 45 min. Again waiting till 3pm. After which I was called and told to come the next day at 11. Next day: Started waiting at 11am.was called in at 1 pm was told to get another bill for tooth extraction, which took another 30min.came back started waiting till 2: 45 after which they called me up and told me to come the next day.
Don't expect anything to cure in a day here. They will make you roam for months as they are queued up with loads of patients. Though prices are less compared to private clinics. (Obviously price has to be less in govt hospitals) You are attended by trainee doctors. Only during important surgeries doctors come in.
I feel really good because the treatment is going on well, I get relief and all doctors are very cooperated for the treatment time and all credit goes to College of doctors, principal, Director and DEAN of the college and Thanks to Entire team and God Bless you.
One the biggest Dental hospital of the Bangalore city, it has the all the departments, all the specialist are here, this medical college top 1 medical college of the city which is located in city market kalasipalya of bangalre, this area is surrounding by huge traffic and market, this government hospital of the city treatment is better but usually need to wait sometime, it is one of the famous dental college of the state
Respected sir, i was refused scaling and general treatment of teeth as my blood sugar is not normal on 08-02-2019; i visited private dentist he told blood sugar do not affect scaling and also advised rct and done rct without any problems but for a very exorbitant cost rs 200 for one tooth x ray; scaling rs 1000/ rct rs 8000/ and put me a sr citizen aged 69 in utter problems! Kindly look into the matter-thanks
Doctors: best 5/5 Hygiene: 4/5 Food in canteens: 3/5 Procedure: 5/5 for other treatments, 3/5 for Root Canal Treatment, for which they ask you for a postal card for appointment. I had applied once. But that card never reached me. Price: cheapest (as it's a govt.hospital)
If you have time to visit from your place conveniently, I would suggest you to visit this hospital instead of any private hospital.
As many people have asked about the timings the timing board pic is uploaded herewith. Now coming to the hospital, it's a fine place with enough parking space. On Sundays consultation is being done but not any treatment. Patients would be advised to visit the hospital on working days. On the Second Saturdays the treatment runs for a half day. Plz check the timings given in the pic. The building is huge enough and the Security guards and registration desk are so humble and friendly. The registration desk would issue a consultation book along with our details. The charge is only Rs. 10. The campus is neat and clean.
