Government Hospital

I've visited only Dental department and the doctor is very cordial & good with his job. Never had any issues as I've been consulting the same doctor from past 5 years.

Irresponsible behaviour shown by the doctor came to Ent department but the doctor is gone after lunch hour and even after 1 hour not shown up.
Really careless, as being in such a noble profession why he is doing like this.
It's a serious job.

He is making the patients wait for 1 -2 hour for no reason.
Even i don't know where to complaint about this or I would have complaint about this. What kind of human he is that not understanding his duties, these kind of people just waste the government money.

Good things

Less pricing as it's a government hospital.
But not working as per public expectation and rules.

Medicine is never in stock in this place. People are purchasing medicines worth thousands of rupees which was supposed to be delivered by the govt for free. People say it's because of congress - diseases dont come to people roaming in fortuners but to those people who sell fruits in streets, auto drivers who work all day and night, and many more. Atleast deliverthe medicines man

There's is no proper treatment provided for any case.simply they will do fristaid treatment for most of the cases they won't give injection or glucose bottle even if the person required in some situations

I went there for Udid card to check up ENT, there some one whose taking charge and they telling Doctors is absent And also I have paid counter fees just waste of money this hospital is no use I will not visit hospitals again

Worst hospital nurse taking 100 RS bribe for rabies injection she blackmailed us if not giving money then no injection would be given we took same vaccination in Shimla Manali not a single rupee bribe.karanataka is fully corrupt

Waste this government hospital no one can respond properly and they not giving reports just they writing in a sheet of paper after reports how can we understand in future of that useless of paper

More then a year that only bad reviews are being posted on the hospital staffs and overall. BTW is there no one to look into the issues. What is the point of anyone putting a review. Why is the person/people incharge so irresponsible.

This is the worst hospital I've ever been, all the stuff are very rude and very irresponsible. They don't even care much about their patients health. I've never experienced such a rude medical duties like this hospital. Doctor is also not responding as well and nurse is very abusive! Do not go to this hospital!

You have to wait 3hours.doctor won't come on time.because it's free treatment and labour class will come so they won't care.happened to me.

We don't have option for giving negative star otherwise I would like to give -5 *. Today I went this worst hospital for vaccination and I booked a slot time for 12-3.00 PM. Approximately I reached at 1.45 PM in the hospital but I came to know like the man who was appointed for Data entry (the man who was appointed for entering details of people for vaccination) he was already went out from 1.00 PM. I don't know if government provide slot for 12-3.00 PM time slot for vaccination then why they stop giving vaccination from 1.00 PM.
This is a serious issue, the hospital authority are so careless, so I will request to Karnataka Government, Please look on this issue and take proper action.

Very bad, doctors and nurses are coming to hospital with their own timings like 10,11 12 also, reports are getting 4 to 5 days later once samples given, i never Sean such type of treatments

They gave room no 5 no one is there
I asked staff who are there in hospital they didn't respond properly

Doctor are so irresponsible. I went to gyencologist check up. But doctors are invisible after the break also They are on 2 hours long break.

Worst hospital I have seen for one Thai card made to waiting 3 hours and after wai tig also the said it won't come the division so send me back

Govt. Hospital. I m going there 14th September 2022 for COVID-19 Booster Dose Vaccination in morning time Wednesday. All Government Health scheme plan facilities available here. You to first make OPT ticket for doctor check-up.health is wealth

Worst Experience, if you are planning to go here for Pregnancy/delivery please DON'T the doctors and staffs are very careless

The worst nurse and staff and doctors. They broke my new born hand and poked her eyes.during labour, mine was normal delivery but worst behaviour from staff, Even after 5 days after labor still my stitch was not cure.

Doctors and Sisters are very worst, I'm asked check fever, but they telling only if there is fever take tablet that's all and expecting money also.

Hospital is good and there is parking facility. Since it's Government and everything is free waiting period is more

Most of the doctors (ENT Specialist) dnt even sit in there required cabins for 10mins properly.if asked for them they just tell they have gone for break they take there own time to come back, the doctors are not serious about the job here nor there is someone who is taking charge of it. It can be one of the best hospital if it's maintained properly.

I was seriously very much disappointed, at this place, i visited for a RTPCR test at 4: 00pm no one was at the OPD counter, i was trying to reach the staffs over there, everyone were free. When i asked about the testing they said one movement and started charting with there colleague. Still tried to approach. Other staff same. They are not very serious about there job and the patient very careless ness

5 rs they will charge for covid test OPD slip,
They only telling all covid services free, also it will show 0 Zero rupees charge in OPD slip, but they collect 5 rs from all patients. Fully corrupted staff.

Causality section (Room No - 3) Nurse is taking 100 Rs Bribe for giving Rabies vaccination. Also the medicine is not stored/managed as per WHO recommendations. God only can save this country and People. People working in this Hospital should have basic human nature and characteristics. But these Nurses left everything and just living for Money. Also Nurse is not aware of which company (brand) vaccination she is giving to patients. Our Health system is in such worst, pathetic and corrupted condition. People working in this hospital are not humans. These people definitely deserve British ruling once again.

Very worst hospital and no one cares about patients, no one bothered about patients, no doctors available.

Came for COVID test. Never expected a govt hospital at this situation to have timing for testing. It's 9: 30AM to 1PM and 2PM to 3PM. The people at the counter were uncooperative and rude. This is exactly what we expect from a govt hospital, but not what we deserve.

This hospital is totally corrupted same like any other government hospitals. I went there yesterday to get the doctor certificate for aadhar card address update. After filling the form assistant of the doctor vl take us to a hidden corner and ask us to pay the fee of ₹300 which is suppose to be free. Doctor (Ashoka reddy M) won't sign the form until we pay the bribe! So pathetic.

Service is good for 24/7 emergency. They follow all protocols and police verification immediately in case of accidents or assaults.

Not happy with the Gynaecologist Doctor I'm suffering from menstrual period she wrote CT BT and two more test includes Rtpcr test every thing normal spend two days But Dr. Response to visit kr market Govt hospital atleast she dint gave tablets to stop bleeding after asking also. Then what's the use of coming to her Not expected this from Govt hospital.

Worst experience. Any emergency patient will definitely die here. Totally chaotic, unorganised and pathetic service. Have to wait in queue for at least couple of hours despite getting a token. It was a nightmare visiting the hospital.

Being a public hospital, respond to public is very very poor.

You will not get sufficient support from them.

Very bad doctors they shouting on people with no mean just asking money for small things. I know people who Will read this not take it seriously.

I went there for COVID test with bad fever, headache and cough. They denied to do the rapid test. They only did the RTPCR. I had wait for another day and half for the positive result to start the medication. Not sure what are they doing with the rapid testing kits. I went there with 102 degrees temperature. No one even bothered to check. The staff near BBMP OFFICE are much friendly and helpful

Came for vaccination. Center has been moved to nearby govt P u college, v b Layout. You should come in afternoon to avoid rush. Morning lot of people will come and hence try to come in afternoon

From friends who visited today, Vaccination was moved to nearby degree college. So the nurses would be able to guide you. Appointment scheduled was adhered. Sounds less chaotic. Goodluck to all fellowmen. Take care and let's #riseabovecovid

My wife had her Covid vaccination here on 10th May for the under 45 category. This is KR Puram general hospital on Cowin portal. This was the first day of rollout to under 45 in this hospital.

I had checked for updates on Twitter before coming and found out that there was a lot of chaos in the morning as people without bookings had also come.

If you have a post 12 noon slot, I highly recommend coming for your booked vaccination between 2.30pm and 3 as there is less crowd in the afternoon and the lunch break ended at 2.30. We reached at 2 and finished at 3.30 (2- 2.30 no staff was there at the registration, as they were on lunch)

Enter the main building and climb the stairs right in front of the entrance. Where you come out on the first floor is where they check your registration and assign the token for the vaccination. After that they will direct you to the hall on the right for vaccination.

Please maintain order and form queues.

This is the General Hospital KR Puram for Covid Vaccination. I got my first dose today and the experience was smooth and crowd management was good. However, they have moved the vaccination counters to the Government Degree College, KR Puram.

I recommend to check the hospital if they still giving vaccine in the Degree College or they have stopped.

Visited Govt PU college for vaccination. Happy to see cooperative doctor and staff. However was concerned to see 1st hour of chaos, and no queue management. People were in queue and maintaining social distance before college entrance was opened.but just after authority opened the main entrance, it was chaotic while distributing tokens.

Simple process can be followed at the main gate itself of giving tokens there by police or security. This will help senior citizens who come early to get their turn faster, a fair system. Pls act.thank u.e

I went for Covid test, after 3 hrs wait i could give the test but now i am waiting for 4 days for the result but still it has not come, they are telling still it will take more 7 days, How can it be so slow.

My head is injured and I came for my dressing but the staff is fully drunk and he could not even stand this is in the morning 10 30 am how can we believe and get treatment hear

So many Aged people are waiting for hours near the doctors room,
No punctuality in doctors timings. Someone shud take some action against this.

To much rush for kids vaccination, only a nurse was managing all tasks token, data entry and vaccination, took 150 mins.

Advice: Avoid going on Mon/Thu since they do vaccination on all weekdays Mon-Sat (except 2nd and 4th Sat and Govt Holidays).

I went there for vaccination, the nurse who treated my baby is so good. Lot of patience and care, happy to see this kind of staffs.

It would be much helpful if they arrange some more seating benches.

Very good people, I went to get vaccinations for my kid and the nurse was so joyful with the kid that he didn't even realized he got the shots.

A person has to wait 2 hrs for one signature for certifiate for handicap very bad experience and doctors doesn't come on time they make patient to wait so much

Service for vaccine is very good but they are collecting the parking charges which is very bad for the government.

Worst place and the duty doctor timing is 9am and till 10: 30 or 11am the doctor is not available the room num 2.and worst behaviour by the wardens that should be taken actions on the concerned authorities

I was suffering from nose blocking problem from 2 years and I underwent surgery. After the surgery i am able to breath easily. The Dr. Satyanarayan (ENT specialist) was very Kind and efficient. Thanks for him.
Nice place to get operated with free of cost and atmost care.
