1 star is for the covid vaccine experience.
I took my 2nd dose here on 4th Jan. They gave me the vaccine without asking me the 4 digit secret code. I informed them that I did not receive an SMS for the same. They said that the vaccine confirmation will take some time.
As the portal did not get updated, I went to the hospital on 5th Jan and they were on leave and I was told to come next day.
Came the next day and a Dr. Vani said that they will not give the vaccine shot without the 4 digit secret code. So, the doctor meant that I was lying.
Now I am in a position where I have already taken the vaccine and it is not updated on the app nor the cowin portal.
Did not go back to them after that. Now I'll wait for a week and get an extra dose.
With incompetent and irresponsible govt employees, we are wasting a lot of vaccines like this when there is a shortage.

This is Kodathi PHC for VOVID 19 vaccination. Good place, properly maintained well organised. My Parents got their 1st dose here.

Very responsive staff. Covid-19 vaccination is free of cost, but you have have to pre-register your details in "Arogya Setu" app.

Recently took my daughter here for giving Polio Drops. The place is well connected to Sarjapura Main Road. The timings they operate mostly are 9 AM to 4 PM.
