Maragodu Gowda samaja popular place for wedding and other small functions in this place Maragodu. It is located 16 km (via hakathur) from Madikeri and 17 km (via Arekadu) from Siddapur.
Recently it got renovated and still one more at 1st floor need to be constructed.
But the hall is open for events.
The ground floor is made for the dining hall is now serving as reception hall and at one end dining area is made up which is less in area and becomes crowded.
It is a decent place for less no of people.
The front portion has interlocks laid may also be used for serving drinks and snacks.
It has lodging facilities with 3 to 4 rooms in 1st floor.
Parking is an issue here. Early commers can park in road side comfortably the late commers have to park and should walk a distance.
