Gowtham Ladies PG New

My sister is staying since 2 years the maintainence is good and the owner receive costumers well, food and facilities are good I recommend my friends to join in this pg.

1. This pg is located in HSR Sector 7.2. Around this pg so many companies, hospitals, banks, ATM centers, shopping malls, medical stores etc.
3. Both north and south Indian food is provided.
4.services are wifi, washing machines, cctvs, self cooking, hot water are provided.
5. Daily room service and security, management is good, I am staying in this pg since one year.
6.weekly menu two times non-veg, weekly ones egg and paneer curry and veg and non-veg biryani.
I heartfully thanks to management for your service.

Food is good, nice place to stay. I strongly recommend this pg to stay. Maintenance and Security for ladies is good.

PG will be very neat
food is not good - even by yesterday i found a cockroach on breakfast
as per PG rule should not complain regarding food
costly - even my friend stays 5 sharing and 6 sharing is Rs. 5000

The owner of the Gowtham PG who is named as Gowtham received 8500 from us and he said he will return the advance of Rupees 2000 even after two days he said he will be giving 1000 as advance. The reason he said it as maintenance fees will be 1000. We agreed it because we were already shifted to his PG. We have informed him that we will be there for one month only. So we expected the advance during the vacating time as 1000 but he started to quarrel with us and he said he will not give any amount of money because of unnecessary reasons. So please avoid visiting or choosing his PG.
"GOWTHAM PG IS VERY WORST WHEN IT'S COME TO THE MATTER OF MONEY"
So please avoid choosing his PG which is located in Bommanahalli.

Worst pg i have ever seen that owner have no decency that bc did not give security back, food can not be eaten by animals, pg is not pg its like cow shed never cleaned hair will be seen all around pgs floor, Electronic appliances is not allowed they ask for extra mony for electric appliances, wifi dose not work, they are not concerned whether we are having food is finished they do not make food again. They did not on the life when me and my friends are leaving
They simply money minded people.

*CAUTION* PARENT DO SEND THERE DAUGHTERS TO THAT PG IF THEY ARE CONCERNED AS OUT SIDE THE PG THETE WILL BE LOTS OF BOYS SMOKING WITH GIRLS. ALSO HEALTH WISE IT OS NOT HYGIENE.

Worst food, Room and Wash Room will not be cleaned, we have to clean it by ourself and will not give you the advance amount back which they take by telling that they will give it back and No cleanliness in and around the PG and does not allow us to use lift and No wifi and the food will not be there if we go late from office.

Gowtham PG owner is bad mannered because the person who will not return you the advance a penny of amount.
THE WORST PG EVER I VISITED
Please don't choose this PG after reading the reviews of gents who has given 5 stars because how can they get to know of this ladies pg? Just read the reviews of lower it is actually the real truth.
Most of the good reviews are given by the owner of the PG and his friends itself who is Gowtham Reddy.

Very bad pg my friends came from chandigarh to banglore and had the worst experience. They were literally crying. When rain comes road are full of water, I visited to my friends there 0% hygine. ।।।।।। I won't recommend anyone this PG

Very less price with all services like WiFi, 3times food, washing machine, hot water, mineral water, veg&non veg food, room service, 3times food, Lift, self cooking, and the main thing is they are providing Lunch box at 7AM only and nobody will this all at 4500/- only and the management also good
