Exactly same as how people rated here.
They are charging more than what OYO charged while booking. They asked for 45% charges of rent for early booking.
OYO said I can use room for 3 adult for my 2 adult and 2 child, but again hotel used as option charge more.

For late checkout, OYO mentioned as maximum 30% till 5pm. But they asked 200rs per hour and they simply said they can't follow OYO guidelines.

Room was just ok.

Pros:
1. In a time where most budget hotels are filled with bed bugs, dirty bathrooms and poor maintenance, this one was descent with no bed bugs and descent bathroom.
2. Wifi speeds were good for WFH. (Open Wifi> 50 Mbps)
3. Power backup, geyser were available and working.
4. Covered car parking is available and front desk were supportive and quick to respond.
Cons:
1. Don't go with the OYO price, they have a flat price of Rs. 1,400 and will request to cancel the OYO booking or pay extra.
2. The room given first (3rd floor) didn't have Wifi signal, moved to another room, where AC doesn't work. They fixed AC during the last day of my stay.
3. Dirty bedsheets, room cleaning is only on request.
4. No Breakfast, towel and toiletries. (You'll find a hand wash)
5. Water charges are extra. No guests allowed and no outside food to the room.

Worst experience in my life. I booked this hotel via oyo app. But the hotel manager was not ready to provide the room with oyo booking. The hotel manager had asked to me to pay extra money. When oyo customer care tries to reach folks from hotel, hotel management is not reachable. Then oyo customer care has asked me to stay in different which is 9km away from this hotel. Overall I felt un professional idiots are running this hotel. Please be careful before you book.
Very bad

I would like to provide an honest review. Location wise it is really good. Rooms were ok. I had a tv but I had to recharge for taka sky and watch TV. Seriously the service is worse. And specially if you ask for anything then you forget it as you will never receive. Price is good if you stay for 10 days. But the Hotel manager was helpful.

Don't book through OYo/Makemytrip and go here. They will simply say they did not give any booking for Oyo or MakeMyTrip.

Beware and don't book. Better choose different hotel

Had great time here. Clean and spacious rooms. Reception people are cooperative and helpful. Especially a guy name Saquib is so pleasant and understands guest's requirements. Manages accordingly. We had a peaceful stay

In OYO app, it’s mentioned they will provide complimentary breakfast but as soon as we reach the hotel, the receptionist denied. They changed our rooms thrice as first room was having AC and television issues then other room bedding was poor. Mattress, bed sheets and cushion covers were pale yellow in Color. They have not maintained hygiene. It’s just overprice won’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel and book via OYO app. OYO will not assist their customers properly. Also tv was not recharged, they said you have to recharge it yourself. It’s waste of time and money …

I have booked through Oyo and had a very unpleasant experience. I have booked and paid online and received successful confirmation. Later on visiting the property i was told by the property manager there are no available rooms and i have been asked to contact Oyo support only to face further disappointment. Their only solution is that they were able to reimburse the amount as transfer to other nearby properties is impossible. At the end we were stranded with nothing else to do.
