We halted with our family but faced many problems like, worst customer service, dirty blankets, no food service, no plates, no spoons.very horrible hotel.

They should improve their service

We've been frequently visiting this hotel but they are not concerned about local customers, they are focused on only getting international customers.

They need to improve.

Very disappointed from the receptionist and manager. Very Bad experience. The room and services are good but.

They charge you extra for a whole day.when we ask for flexibly of an hour. Because it was early morning.

They straight forward asked us to leave the room if we cannot pay. He didn't want to understand there was a lady with us.

Turned away from the reception desk due some personal issues with the booking site. Did not even provide a room when rooms were available and I asked to book rooms through the reception. I had to wait for 20 mins for the issue to be solved and still didn't get a room. Very bad service and general lack of manners towards the guest.

Very comfortable place to spend your days in Bangalore. Not far away from the main city centre and local markets. Will definitely recommend to others. Staff is very polite and courteous. Special mention about Leander Lobo at the front desk for his friendly and welcoming nature.

Comfortable beds and a pleasant room. Only thing which disappointed me was the shower in the hotel which wasn't proper and just spilled water in random directions.
