We had gone to book for a party hall, we met Mr jagadish and we had a very bad experience he was on a call and made us sit for a very long time, and he had a very horrible experience
We as a corporate wanted to schedule our upcoming meetings looking at the location.
Now we have decided not to go any further

Keep visiting this hotel often, they serve very tasty breakfast, crispy Vada sambar is my favourite. I like their Biriyani, one of th best Biriyani in the town. Over all well maintained place.

We had booked for party hall with Grand Seasons and we had worst ever experience.
1. Comparatively they are too very expensive in market
2. Worst, worst ever services. We are supposed to go with their decorators only, post booking we had issues with decorations and we wanted their managers to coordinate, but since day of booking there was no response from this person (manager: Jagatheesan)
3. We had a big quarrel with the decoration guy (Prakash) since they completely flopped the plan that we had given and were not ready to make any changes. We dint get response from party hall manager as well even after calling them N-number of times.
4. They had promised to provide us a room for changing, which we got after our party start time. Ladies were not able to change coz of this.
4. We had kept our things in the room when the party started, without even an intimation they had given the room to some others, we had locked the room. I am not sure how could they do that.
5. Food was very average and they will not discount if there are any unused plates.

Overall worst ever experience, they were not professional at all. You get better places with cheaper budget and nice services, so better try out some where else. Or u ll face the same consequences

Lunch is worst one can have. I stayed there for 2 days. Rooms are good and hospitality is also good. If you want to order food, order something except lunch and Fried rice.

The service is extremely bad. Our AC never worked and they never fixed. When it rained the water started leaking inside the room from the windows and their only solution was to put a towel on it.

Rooms are good and well arranged. Room service also very good. Breakfast also good. For Dinner I'll not suggest the hotel's restaurant.

A place destined for organising a party. We could host a birthday party of our son, with a best setup. The food was very delicious and got great service from staff and managment.

Good Hotel with clean and neat. I think they need to more man power there is only one security to take our luggage. In reception also only one person while am in reception for my check in process, phone continuously ringing there he concentrated on call itself.

Quick to collect your money. But zero maintenance. I wanted to take a nice bath after a long drive. To some time to set the shower. Then started downpour of hot water only. Called the reception 5 times. Finally got a bucket of water without a mug.
This is the classic example of people starting business not knowing how tobrun it. Please dont stay in this hotel

Awesome experience in grand seasons. We threw a bday party. I must say it was so nicely arranged and managed by Mr. Mahesh the manager. Food was delicious. Over all it was tension free experience.

I stayed for three days and it was nice experience wd grand season rooms were cleaned and al staff wearing mask and maintained hygiene.

Worst experience ever. The rooms were not neat think twice before travelling with a kid. They charge 3k for a room including breakfast and they offered only poha nothing else.

I was only visiting to meet a guest who was lodging. Your staff from gate, lobby, coffee bar and restaurant were all well behaved, courteous and pleasent to interact with. Very delicious food and very hygienic. Your staff are doing quiet a good job at keeping up the 'Grand' standards in all seasons! Keep it up!

It's a very good luxurious. The staff here are very supportive and good Carring people. It's clean and perfect to live in.

Very convenient location and excellent rooms. Karthik has a fantastic team and took personal care to ensure that all arrangements for my wedding reception was spot on. Convenient parking. Delicious food. Excellent service. Would highly recommend this place.

I had celebrated my Daughter’s 1st year birthday I was happy that the staffs were polite and courteous with the guests and it was well organized and the food was really good
