Grand Wedding Biryani

A very economical restaurant situated in BTM layout of Bangalore. Their chicken/mutton wedding biryani is the most iconic item in the menu.
It consists of a welcome drink, chicken soup, four different starters (we got chilli chicken, chicken kebab, hariyali chicken tikka and pepper chicken), chicken biryani, boiled egg, bread halwa, ice cream and dates pan.

The biryani is very succulent and tasty.

The whole meal is unlimited and you can have second servings of any of the above mentioned items.

This meal costs ₹399 before taxes

The waiters are very kind and always catering to your needs.

They also have a separate menu for other single serve dishes.

There is valet parking but it might get a little rushed during peak traffic hours as the property is situated right on the main road.

Not worth for Money

1. Don’t go by the name. Biriyani was very average. The rice was very dry and tasted more like a veg biriyani. Only the rice is unlimited and the meat is limited.

2. The Atmosphere was good and But they have only one restroom for such a big restaurant in which one person can occupy at a time. I waited for 30 mins.

I enjoyed the biriyani it was really one of the tastiest biriyani i had in 10 years.ambience is also very nice and well behaved staff.over all wonderful experience.i recommend all my friends to visit Grand Wedding biriyani.

Mutton biriyani combo is very costly.its rs 599
but here in menu mentioned 498.when i asked they said not updated.only 2 piece mutton have to pay rs 200 extra

Tasty and quality food at a reasonable price. Chicken feast will be the best option for a family get together. Loved the food and service. Wish to visit again!

Went to have feast but took one portion of mutton biriyani with goli soda it was excellent must try

Taste was just okay. Not very great. Car parking is a problem even though valet is there. Since it’s main road they park it behind and traffic is a havoc.

Waited a month to taste this gem of a biriyani went with my office staffs half of us had chicken wedding feast and others mutton wedding feast it's complete package for 399 and 499 we used to go for other so called popular restaurants where we had paid around 800 to 900 per person but here it's budget friendly and they have unique accompanies as well we had yummy "mango prawns dry" which was tangy and tasty I highly recommend this restaurant ambience is great.thank me later

Tried the combo pack mutton biryani. Taste was excellent. They could improvise by providing starter options

The price set for the both chicken and mutton non veg combo doesn't go with the price, with that price we get a very good mutton/chicken biryani. Not recommended.

Food is good, loved their chicken 65, their chicken feast is nice, but their mutton feast was not worth the money because they gave chicken starters instead of mutton starters, their servers were very kind and sweet

Service was good and biryani was okay too. If you are fond of tamil style biryani then this can be tried. Mutton pieces were soft. Prices are a bit high I felt though.

It's a concept of Chennai Style Wedding Biriyani. We tried the Mutton Biriyani Combo. It was worth the pricing, and the quality and quantity were good. Biriyani is accompanied by a welcome drink, chicken soup, 2 side dishes, chutney, traditional brinjal curry, Bread Halwa, and to end with ice cream and Pan. Overall, it was delicious. I would really recommend the place.

Was searching for chennai style wedding biriyani from 10 years since we moved here just recently got to know about this newly opened restaurant in instagram with great anticipation went to this place called " Grand wedding biriyani " in btm layout we were welcomed with great ambience air conditioned restaurant they have valet parking and when it comes to food price was pocket friendly rs 499 for mutton wedding feast first a chilled welcome drink followed by hot soup plaintain leaf water bottle 2 types of starters one is semi gravy and one is chicken 65 then rich flavourful long rice mutton biriyani with 4 pieces and unlimited rice lastly ice cream with a aromatic beeda this filled all my senses finally at our own bengaluru

First time take away chicken biriyani rs 280 quantity was full enough for a single person it was very tasty and took nilagiri chicken 260 rs as starter both was good and value for money

I saw the post on Instagram and wanted to try the biryani me my son and my friend went to taste the biryani.

They served 1 welcome drink 2 pieces kabab which was Bonny and 2 pieces of chicken varuval which was average and Bonny.

Tried both chicken biryani and mutton biryani which was average and was cooked with basmati rice.

Finally finished with cup ice cream and left.

After seen lot of reviews and ordered chicken briyani via Swiggy, briyani tastes good and long grain rice at that time. So decided to visit restaurant a week later. Went with lot of expectations and tried one chicken combo and one mutton combo. Both Chicken and Mutton briyani tastes not good, chicken pieces are so hard to eat, 3 small mutton pieces, basmati rice were broken, chicken Kabab is salty, another chicken starter tastes not good, plain soup, 10 rupees dairy day ice cream. They were saying unlimited briyani but frankly saying not able to eat single bowl briyani. I liked only bread halwa and service. Disappointmented with your wedding briyani GWB. Please correct the mistakes and come back with Chennai style wedding briyani. But I damn sure the briyani which I had via Swiggy and restaurant is different because of briyani master.

In general, Bangalore is full of Hyderabadi, Donne & Ambur biriyanis and quite hard to find Chennai style Biriyani. Glad to have found one after many years – Grand Wedding Biriyani in BTM. Chennai is flooded with wedding style biriyanis serving unlimited biriyani with few starters, sweet etc. Looks like Bengaluru too caught up with it now

It’s a package as such Biryani, complimented by the usual raita & brinjal curry and 2 types chicken starters, bread halwa, ice cream & beeda. Both Mutton & Chicken biriyanis were excellent – meat pieces were well cooked and tasty, while the rice too well cooked, yet soft & retaining the shape and size of long grain basmati. Accompaniments were good as well, especially the Bread Halwa which I have been craving for long.

Service was outstanding – fairly quick, proactive and pretty quick to respond as well. Thanks to our waiter – Mr. Mohan. Since I didn’t like the bread halwa with mango flavour, was served with plain bread halwa by Manager – Mr. Sathish. He was happy to serve, willing to receive feedback to make it better.

Overall, a great experience with heart & tummy full of biriyani

Worst taste. Everything was full of salt. Bad quality Ice cream. Bad quality Pan. Try to value the people money. The review here are fake I guess
