GrandPaw Pet Resort

It is a fun place for families and pets. Had gone for a day visit. They have 2 pools one for pets and the other for humans. The property is well maintained. The service was a bit slow but the food was delicious! Will definitely be visiting the place again.

Great place for folks with and without pets. Good team of people, amazing food and stay. For a quiet short getaway!

Terrible experience! Visited with our pet & 3 year old. We spotted multiple cockroaches & lizards in the room. Food was okayish & pricey. Breakfast was poor.

I recently hosted my boy's birthday party there along with his furry friend. He had the time of his life along with all the invited guests. The staff there is super friendly and efficient and was a very well organised event. Thank you so much Grandpaw!

For all the pet parents, this resort is a gem! Great spacious and well groomed rooms, fantastic amenities for the pets.

Great place for pet parents. The food is always good and there is a pet play area and swimming pool (both chargeable basis)

Great place. I had stayed over night and the experience was great. My pet had a good time and she is very happy. The food is also amazing. My suggestion. Just carry your pets toys and hairdryer post a dip in pool for your pets.

One of the better options for pet parents. There is a dedicated walking/playing area for the pets and my dog really enjoyed that.

F&B was great as well. Services by Mr Shibprasad Mondal aka Shibu were top notch. He was quick to respond, patient and very cooperative with all our requests. A big chunk in this rating is for him.

One of the best places to visit for Dogs.just because of rains we couldn't explore much.as it's an open space.the food was great, the ambience was perfect for dogs.ample of space, polite host, no one was rude towards any pet.loved it but I wish I would have been there during a day when it wasn't raining.

I loved the location and it's very spacious. Even it's for pets but the food is super awesome. I visited few times and recommended to my friends and family.and everyone loved the place.

Pet boarding is pathetic now a days. I was a regular customer leaving my pet here for boarding but last time My pet got severe skin infection after I got him back from this place and it took a month for him to recover from it.

Management has changed so many times here, every time I go new person in charge will be there. All they take is money and leave pets unattended. After swimming they just leave pet wet inside the canals without drying them with towel. That's the reason my pet got infected. Not going to this place ever.

Responding to Mr. Pinal: - I left my pet in June. Since then I've been contemplating to whether write a review or not. You can check your records my pet name is Neo.

I will start with pros, as they are only few and then justify my rating with cons.

Pros:
1. Only the food.

Cons:
1. Despite charging like any 3-4 star hotels their facilities at best can be rated 1-2*.
2. Towels provided were old, no proper toiletries provided, no hair dryer, no hot kettle, no tea coffee provisions in the room.
3. No proper wardrobe provided. The one provided was broken.
4. Living place has only one bulb which was grossly inadequate for lighting purpose. On request they fixed the other light when I told them atleast twice.
5. The commode was broken so was the shower module
6. The garden area rather should be called as jungle needs serious cleaning.
7. Pathways lack proper lighting.
8. The dog pool was extremely dirty. Though I used it (because I paid for that:) )
9. The dog agility area was at best should be called ground with fence. None of the agility equipments were in working condition. Mostly everything seemed broken.
10. The human pool though seemed clean but at night it was infested with frogs and you know what comes for when frogs are there.
11. Staff though courteous but lacked motivation and sincerity.
12. Though the restaurant is open to all (for people staying as well not outsiders) it felt unsafe with people roaming here and there.
12. The resort needs serious restoration. Room though looked new but lack of 8ú cleaning and fixing was very much apparent.
13. Children park have seen it's best days, most of the things were in a dilapidated condition.
14. Light went out at midnight. DG was not switched on until 10 min post the power cut.

G8 to chill w family n pets n near to blore city too w natural ambience n environment - food choices decent but could be better as some variety not in service - friendly staff - decent roomy cottages n facilities for family - recommended for one or two days stay only

It was day outing for me and family.
It is a really lovely place. The restaurant is nice decent on pocket and food is great.

They arranged food for my pet @rs 200 and the play area was accessible for rs @300

Nice open space for pets with an awesome swimming pool for pets.

Grad Paw was a great experience. It was an accidental find while going for a drive to Nandi hills. It's a good place for all dog lovers. The food was good and the ambience was good and dogs have few activities so overall a very good experience.

The place is good for entertainment, with amenities like swimming pools and games like pool, carroms. It's a bit pricey for a one day stay, at 3,500 per room for a basic room.and that too without a fan.that's strange, but it has air conditioning.

The place is good to visit with your pets but it's not maintained well. Cottages need repair furniture need to be replaced. The staff members were decent. Thank you for having a pet friendly resort. I just wish it's maintained well so that we can visit again.

Play area not well maintained. No attendant in dogs' swimming pool. Dogs bath is highly unprofessional. Very basic equipments for bathing.
Restaurant food was good though. Two stars for that.

Visited this place in June'22 post checking reviews. Had my 2 huskies along with me, they totally loved the place. Play area is spacious. Pool area needs lot of maintenance but is good for pets to take dig to cool down.
Restaurant menu is limited and on a bit expensive side, but it's good. The cottage was spacious and clean, needed better lights. The other areas around the property are not well maintained. Overall our experience was good, would recommend to visit on weekdays along with your pets rather than on a weekend, if you are planning to stay over, as it gets crowded on weekends.

We paid Rs. 7600 a night for the room. Keeping that in mind these were the pros and cons.

Pros:

1) The staff were polite and responded quickly to requests.
2) My dog loved their dog park.
3) My dog loved the chicken and rice dish they served for her.
4) The cottages were amazing with some caveats written below.
5) Good dog pool.

Cons:
1) My cottage had a living room and a bed room, with only 1 AC in the living room and a small wall fan in the bed room. The bedroom was unusable during the afternoons.
2) The food though very costly was ok.
3) The main problem was that the management was extremely poor. We found a dead frog in the living room and pretty sure the bedsheets where not changed as it was muddy. They cleant the floor daily atleast.
4) They didnt provide amenities like hair dryer or toilet paper in the room and was not even available on request.
5) There is no intercom or menu for the food. We need to take a pic of the menu at reception and call to a mobile number to order.
6) They dont even keep a card machine, just cash or UPI.
7) They gave us an almost empty bottle of bodywash and shampoo when we checked it. Had to call to get it replaced. Basically looks like they dont clean or do anything before room is handed to next customer.

1. Good Food and Friendly staff.
2. Unfortunately the maintenance of the grounds is not upto the mark, especially the dog park. Cleanliness around the facility is also not upto the mark.
3. The rooms are clean but no intercom facility.

Visited on 16th may and checked out on 18th may2022.
Pros-
1. Excellent facilities for pet, huge playground and swimming pool.
2. Excellent maintenance of human swimming pool.
3. Food quality is somewhat good or ok type.
Cons-
1. Hive2 have water leakage, floor gets flooded through window crack during heavy rain.
2. Cottages (They call it DEN) are remotely placed within the property. Walking down the cottage from the Restaurant can be challenging during moonsoon nights. Not enough lights on the way.
3. Over-priced, not at all value for money.
4. Not much continental options.

Why I'hv rated 2 out of 5?
Booked hive2 placed in front of the human swimming pool, due to water flooding stuffs offered us two cottage options, by seeing the rain conditions we had no other option to take a shift to the cottage which is remotely located.

Seriously idk why so many positive reviews. If you are comming with you are pet then you'll like it. If you are coming for food please don't i had sweet biriyani for the first time

Nice Resort. Super Food. Great Ambience. Wooden Cottages/Hotel Rooms are Wonderful. Good Place to Take Pets if u have. Great Experience. Worth Visiting.

Good place for a weekend one night trip. Pool is good.

Cons:
Nest rooms are too small, bed is not even queen size. Couples with kids cannot manage.
Food is too Costly. Biryani is 350! Lime Juice/Soda is 100! Tea/Coffee is 50.
Outside food not allowed
Propery Maintanance can be better

For food and snacks there are other places in the proximity of 2Kms towards Airport road

Great place for pet owners, the restaurant allows your pet to be at your table or beside you. Nice food. Could definitely improve their choice of foor to include pets as well.
