Currently we are living in great apartments they are gated community well maintained no hassle but we were discussing how for our son we can give him a different experience. So we were looking at all green villas coming up in Bangalore when we found Gravity. We were not familiar with their work but hats off to the amount of documentation, project detail discussed. We were able to review the project status at site from time to time and it is overall a beautiful project for us because of the amazing greenery. I feel once we start living here what community they are talking about will be something to look at. We got great schools and Mysore Road in vicinity and works perfect for us Thanks

Bought a villa in Gravity Nakshatra (Supra Enclave) Hosakote location. Never expected in my life that some one cheated me in anyway. Every day we are facing different different types of issues from past 1year. Mr Surya not responding and not caring about their customers also. My Sincere request is don't trust Gravity Homes

I had booked a Gravity Nakshatra home in 2018. Work is still not completed. I had to finally break free from them and decided to complete the remaining work by myself. The whole of ceiling was leaking in the last rainy season. Waterproofing was not done properly. Very bad tiles work. Bad plastering finish. Poor finish on window grills. Had to re-do bathroom tiles because of level problems. Plan sanction still not applied from their side, I have to do it on my own. Overall, there is not a single job they have done properly. Please visit Gravity Nakshatra and talk to owners before purchasing. Most of the owners had similar experiences with Gravity.

Bought a villa in Gravity Nakshatra but the builder Gravity Homes missed their promises completely no permanent electricity till now, no amenities and it's not a gated community they cheated us in all ways.no proper response from CRM Team and Mr. Surya.

I have worked for them 5 years back and trust me the propertier was a horrendous boss. Didn't know how to respect women. It was an horrific time working there. Never would they be honest or give the client what was promised. Good luck if you book with them.

I think this is the best time to buy a luxury villa in Bengaluru, Villa's prices are getting higher day by day. I came across Gravity Homes providing affordable prices for the villas. Community seems good & friendly. All projects seem to be in upcoming Bangalore’s areas, which is nice.
