Great place to stay. Neat rooms and room service is great. The food was very good. Did not try non veg. They need to avoid mosquitoes in the lobby. Rooms were free of mosquitoes and we had a pleasant stay.

I request people to visit there rather than this big name worst service hotel

F&B service is very poor and below the mark of professionalism. I don't think for lunch time there are very less guests and when we went to have lunch the order was served after 30 minutes. Though thr place is good, prompt service is required

This is again overrated. They need proper guidance and training how to be professional and to maintain the hotel. Very poor service. Yes rooms and decent and have a good staff.

Excellent rooms, hot water 24 hrs, lovely ambience and delicious food.especially the chicken starters and mutton dish is a must try. Overall an amazing experience.

Yuck. What do you do when you have a very busy tourist season and give your staff a holiday. Mismanagement. The parking is cramped.the Cook is good, the rate to be seen waiters are overworked and try hard. But it takes ages to clean tables, bring napkins, no spoons for dal, glass came 30 minutes late, bill was wrong (we added the roti to bill).

Amazing food! Came here for lunch with family. Loved the service, very tasty food, the chef's special chicken curry was yummyyy! Dont miss the Chicken tikka salad and the apple fried with ice-cream dessert. Just delicious!

Very good Hotel for stay. Clean, hygienic, good service, sufficient parking, accessible just next to bus station, just off high way, kids friendly. Has separate restaurant for veg & non veg, very good food, good staff, service. Overall very satisfied with my stay here for 3 days.

For the price, very neat & clean room. Also washroom too good. Staff are also very cooperative

Restaurant food is very delicious. Few issues to be fixed, there was a water leakage, no mirror in wardrobe.

Excellent property to stay and dine at, if you are visiting Jog Falls.
It has two restaurants, one of which is pure veg.

When we visited it was not at all crowded. New establishment. Had lunch. Was very tasty. And reasonably priced compared to hotels in Bangalore.

Nice hospitality. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Location beside private bus stand where you get buses for most of the nearby towns

Chicken tandoori is delicious. Of course they serve chicken pulav stating it's chicken dum biriyani

Visited the pure veg restaurant. Indrajit took care of us really well and rakesh, the chef gave us delicious food and it tasted lovely. The mango sundae they customised for me was super nice and shanku also served us with so good hospitality. Thank you for having me here. Must visit

Stayed here for 2days on 18th and 19th August, we took 3 Rooms, Beautiful Rooms clean and hygienic. Tasty food and well disciplined staff.wil suggest my friends and family members to visit the Hotel.

The restaurant ambience is good, the food is also good, ample parking to boot. But the service is s l o w. Avoid going there if you want to have a quick bite: - (

Maybe because there where less people service was very slow. They don't provide all amenities. Could have cleaned the rooms more. Overall its just ok for the rate and the breakfast was not great.

I would recommend this place. Very comfortable stay. Good food. Good staff. I was kind of miffed at the delay of food in the restaurant, but staff more than made it up to me. Very polite. Overall, I guess this is the the best place to stay in Sagar.

Hi I have visited on 28th Feb for a Bday Celebration and Jog visit, but at first level itself we wer disappointed.at the time of Booking informed cake for celebration but after reaching they informed that cake not arranged. Entire our plan gone to sic. Otherwise property is good and room is good with good staff but the commitment v/s honoring is missed at Hotel. Pl take care

Separate seating & kitchen arrangements for veg non veg food. I would always prefer this hotel for stay in Sagar.
But Room service needs improvement.

Just ok. Room was recently painted and had very very strong odour. Restaurant is closed last year so they dont serve complementary breakfast.

Clean. We were in second floor and all ac rooms. Someone in that floor were smoking and the whole floor was suffocating even inside our room. Restaurant not for pure vegetarians

Please avoid this hotel! Poor service, the attitude of the staff is unprofessional! They think they are a 3star hotel however their service or the quality of the rooms doesn't reflect that!

We had stayed in this hotel as a group as we had to attend a wedding in Sagar. We had occupied few of the rooms here and our experience was all similar. The rooms which we had taken had a muggy atmosphere because of seepage of water on the walls etc. They hadn't bothered to check the linen etc before handing the room to us. We got badly stained pillows, sheets and towels!

There are no restaurants in this property since they have closed it. This is a 3Star hotel which does not have breakfast included, no proper room service, WiFi is non existent and poorly trained staff! There were people/guests smoking in the corridors of the hotel which was making the life of others miserable! When we pointed this out to the staff they were casual about it and said it happens.

This hotel was one of the worst hotels i have ever visited!

I have visited this place multiple times, i liked it then.but the last time there was some kinda smell in the room and saw couple of cockroaches.

This the best one in Sagar town. Rooms are great, service staff are good.
This is family friendly and kid friendly friendly place.
Restaurant was under renovation when we were there.

Stayed here two times. Lot of changes from first visit to second one. Maintainence s absolutely zero.i don't want to blame the staff coz it's because of poor management. Restaurant service is too poor, rooms hygiene aren't upto the mark. We liked the stay first time we came here 2 years back but this time it was v disappointed. Rooms had tht stinking smell (may be coz of dampness) which was an absolute NO for any visitor.
