Great service and a very clean place. The team here is very professional and they are really good at what they do. Dependar and Nasir are a great guy and gives the right recommendations. The plus point of this place is they don't try to over sale things to customers.

Me and my husband visited here. I went for hair color and hair cut. The stylyst swati did a good job for suggesting hair colour and all.but for some reason she told me one colour but doing the qctual colour she chose something different and kept saying this would oly suit me.the final output was good but not upto my satisfaction. It would have been better if they had sticked to the colour I chose. Also it started showing grey hairs within first wash.thy dint even cover all the grey hairs for all that cost we paid.

Second my husband's stylist doesn't even know what a highlight color is. He coloured the entire hair instead.when we asked why it is like that thy kept looking at their watches and told us it can't be changed now.let the hair grow again.then we need to argue to them so that they would again do a dark colour to cover the previous color. It was totally a horrible experience.

Great service by Dipen. Impressive transparency at reception counter on services offered and charges. Key to note is the maximum possible safety that their team is following in pandemic times like this. Sanitization, temperature check, Individual gloves for each service and continued mask usage for dresser. Way to lead for saloons at nominal charges. Keep it up!

I have taken a facial (oxygen facial with eye treatment) and skincare service from Lakshmi. She did really good and explained everything before starting. I loved the experience and service provided by her.

The experience was really bad. The staffs are continuously trying to sell you their services to increase cost for you rather than asking what you need and doing that. This happened to me and my wife at the same time. Went for a simple hair cut and I was asked to take hair treatment with spa and other unnecessary services for 3500. My wife went for the same thing and was asked to do hair treatment for 11000. When she said not required, the staff were insistent that without spending that money nothing can be done to the hair. Went to a saloon named "Saloon Mantra" nearby where we were serviced peacefully.

I got my Tata Nexon seats covers done from them and it was an excellent experience.
Got the work done on time and they quoted resonable price. The seatcovers were fitted perfectly and has given a new look to my car.

Got seat covers for my 2006 City ZX done from Trend. Quality of work was excellent and they explained all types of seat cover material very patiently. Price quoted was very reasonable and they even gave complimentary neck cushions.

Very hardworking and they do the proper stitching with utmost patience and they know what they are doing.

Price is also reasonable. They don't scam unlike few shops in JC road.

They give proper finish and mind you if its a new car they willl first take out the seam from original seat and then stitch them along which will give proper fit and shape

Ask for Basavesh who is very helpful throughout this process.

I highly recommend this shop.

Very bad service. Rather than providing the chosen service by the customer they are interested for marketing. If u deny their suggestions and packages they are not at all showing any interest for the services whatever we have chose. Moreover they will mess up that. I was a regular customer of green trends in different cities but hereafter I never choose and recommend this for any one.

Had a bad experience here. I got my eyebrows done and the lady was so rude and the service was very bad. She finished it in 2 minutes and didn't bother to check if it looked fine. And the staff keep changing so often that you can't choose the person with whom you want to get your service done. They don't know basic haircuts either. Very disappointed

Please do not go to this place. They are so cunning, I had a medium hair cut and it costed me around Rs. 380. They have basic haircut and advance haircut, please ask them how much is this going to cost. Or best you can do is not visiting them.

Worst service.firstly there is lack of staff to attend people.only 1 hair stylist who is busy for 4-5 hours for some hair treatment.and there is no other hair stylist.the manager also not interested in the customer complaints and uncourteous.

Poor customer service.according to ur bill u will get respect there.whenever i take my kid there, they say they r busy but they will be roaming.means they dont want to do.one star is toomuch for them

First word of caution - Please take your chances.
I have a membership to the salon been there few times but services have been constantly changing and not in a good way.
The prices have increased in the past 8 months twice and the services have detoriated in terms of quality. The procedure also change every visit.
Last time i got hair spa done, was happy with the result but yesterday for the same treatment i ended up paying more and the results are so sub standard. Also had to wait extra 25 mins, even after booking an appointment well in advance. Don't wish to continue services there in the future.

I used to visit greentrends in koramangala and so was thrilled at first when I realized that there was one in hsr layout too after I moved here. I have visited the har branch twice and have been disappointed both times. They give you an appointment when you catll them but when you reach there, they never adhere to it. The guy sitting at the reception is so rude! When I brought up the fact that I had an appointment, he told me I need to wait for at least 40 mins even though the salon was completely empty. When I protested, he very rudely said that this is how it is going to be. The same thing had happened to me in my last visit also, and I had ignored it thinking that it might be a one time thing. Finally I decide to take my business elsewhere, since there is no shortage of amazing salons in hsr, with polite staff who offer better services. I will never recommend this salon to anyone. This salon offers mediocre service with an attitude problem and I would give it zero stars if I could.

It's my first and last visit here, I pre booked appointment for 7pm and they made me wait for 9pm. They let you book coupons online and even though it was well informed while booking appointment that I have taken coupon, when you walk in they say that service is not available after making you wait for 2 hours and then you end up taking highly priced version of same service.
Really horrible experience and tried of waiting.

Hairstylist seemed to be unprofessional and uninterested, he was in hurry and trying to close the service ASAP.and the hair wash was terrible.he did not wash it properly. Price is bit high compared to other branches. Never expected this from GreenTrends.

Went for a haircut and bear trimming two months back n they charged me rs. 550.went two days back, and the charge JUST FOR A HAIRCUT is 385+tax which is approximately Rs. 450.tagging that the prices have been revised. Not worth for the money coz people over there are not that professionals.

I had a very bad experience here when I went for waxing. There was no normal wax available, when I asked for options and the options was either take the one available or leave. I was running out of time and had no other go so took the service, paid more for the wax and ended up in skin damage.

Very good service. I took my pre-bridal services from Divya & she stayed back for me till 10: 30 PM just to make sure that all my services are done properly. She is patient and works professionally & diligently. I am very happy with the services offered by her.

Its a total Scam. I am a member there and always go for waxing and use regular wax. These people when I went there told me they do not have regular wax and only have chocolate wax so you have no other choice and have to go for the expensive chocolate wax. Please think twice before going here. I am going to cancel my membership too!

Never takes appointment on time even when the salon is empty. Run by people who doesn't value time. Barber goes to breakfast after I visit the salon knowing that I am his customer and his next appointment.

Had a bad experience. Was my third time here and my previous experience was okay. This time however, it was Bad as the barber did not know much about how to cut hair. Did not follow what I wanted. And in coloring hair. He Just wanted to up sell stuff to me. Even after this. He did not know how to apply it properly, I have got my hair colored for over 15 years and this was like the weirdest way I have seen a barber color hair, was almost like he was doing it the first time. Coming to washing my hair. He did not do a good job. Ended up wetting my entire back. Not going here again
