They really dont tell you what is available and from the menu card. I asked for Gold Facial, but they did 24ct gold facial which is more expensive than normal gold facial. I came to know this when i was doing the billing. They said they have stopped doing gold facial. They should let the customer know about what is available and what is not available. They finish off the service with the products they like and bill you with a big amount. Which is unfair. They should take consent with the customer and ask if we are happy with the products they use.

I had been there for global hair color and this was my 1st time at Green Trends. I got it done by Punam n she did it very well. Infact it was 1st time where the stylist themself pointed out that covering wasn't enough and that she did that coloring again without any charges which is quite amazing abt her n team over there. ️ Really happy with the service and would recommend them for sure. Even rates r good when compared to other parlours in the locality.

The staff is really sweet and maintained social distancing, sanitization. Punam did a great job I loved my facial and hair dye, the price is worth it too?

Haircut by Stylist Akshay is amazing, you have to be patient to get a good haircut sanitization is maintained strictly which is a very good factor, customer friendly, they don't do anything in rush, very good experience

Yea I visited yesterday to shakhar nagar green trends n saw some irrespect to a client from manager coz she don't know how to treat with client and showing attitude to us coz we came for some package she have to tell about all packages but she called employees to tell the price of packages and all thn we got manager is useless she don't know any thing thn how she is become manger at green trends how? So please change the manager please provide us good manger. It's request from me as soon as from all also because she dnt know about management. But one lady employee came, she talked wid me nicely that's why I love to visite green trends but coz of this time the manger has changed she don't know anything then why you opt this type of manager at Green trends shakhar nagar. Please I request to all green trends please opt correct manger who can suggest the best to client nor she behave like attitude to a client. And experience most important.

I visited this salon for the first time, hairdresser was humble and friendly.haircut is good.price and tax is TOO MUCH comparing to other salons.they followed minimum safety measures.
I really felt very bad about their price n tax. They are covering their lockdown losses, n preparing to 3rd wave lockdown.

Miss Jyotika is the best beauty professional I have ever come across. She is friendly and very sweet. Most importantly is well trained.
Green trend is following all protocols for covid and is taking utmost care of the customer
